He proceeded to stutter and stumble and tell me that he was sick. I told him that I was sorry that he was sick but would have appreciated a call to reschedule. Hi Lilia. Your rudeness, yelling and screaming at me over the phone, tells me what kind of business you're running. I'm traumatized from this experience. We had them come and fix the broken door glass for our store. After they left, we couldn't lock the door for some reason. Called them back, their response was they can come out and fix it and CHARGE me because THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING. From the beginning their attitude was not 'let me hear what is wrong or let's talk it out' but rather 'do not dare to tell me anything and I didnt do it'. They started ignoring our calls that day and we were stuck with a broken door lock. Next day we got quotes from two different places including Lock Smith. Bill came out to $850 and $550 from two different places. BOTH places saying it has to be broken when they were fixing the glass. Lock Smith showed me the picture and told me this is exactly my proof. That two parts circled in the picture is a little piece that holds the screw. While they were fixing it, the bottom screw might have fallen out. Lilia, instead of trying to listen to what was going on fully, you yelled at me saying 'YOUR DOOR IS OLD. IT NEEDS SERVICE. I DIDNT DO ANYTHING. I ALREADY TALK TO YOU.' Dont scream and yell at me. I dont deserve that from you. Both lock service places are saying your people broke it. You're telling me you didnt do it and yet the door that's been working perfectly find until your people came and fixed the glass, ALL OF A SUDDEN is not working. I wonder why. Do you see the little green glass through zoomed in picture? And you say you didnt even touch it? Please. If you apologized or at least tried to listen to me instead of screaming at me from the top of your lungs, I wouldn't have left you this message. All the businesses are struggling from covid. I know that. Maybe we could've tried to solve the problem together if you gave us a chance. But no. You didnt want to listen at all. You can't run a business without customers. So we had two broken windows over the weekend on the backside of the home. Called a few places and they where either closed or booked. I called superior glass and there was no answer. I got a call back about 15 minutes later. I sent him pictures and dimensions then sent me a quote. He came to the house at the scheduled time and removed the windows. Stated he would return in about 2-2:30hrs with the windows. He did just that he arrived completed the job. The older gentleman was extremely professional and very friendly. Even though my 2 year old followed him and bugged him he never seemed bothered and that was awesome. The price was fair as it was a same day job. Overall I would most definitely recommend them. Superior Glass was called out to take a look at several windows in our house in need of repair. They were fine to schedule the appointment with and arrived on time, calling ahead. My issues were that the inspector seems to very quickly rush through. I was upfront that I wanted a full estimate on repairing each window in the house. Several of the windows in our new house needed new screens, which Superior doesn't provide. That's not a problem, but the overall inspection of each window felt incredibly rushed. In the end, all I asked for was for them to send me an estimate of the work that should be done. We rent and were handling the call outs for our landlord (it's a personal landlord-tenant relationship), and our landlord had agreed to pay, but needed the estimate to make the repairs. Several weeks later I have yet to receive a phone call or email, both of which I provided to Superior, for any estimates. As a customer, I expect a business to reach out and handle all aspects of their business efficiently. It's not my job as a customer to pursue a business in the hopes of giving them money. I'll be contacting someone else to do our window repairs, and wouldn't recommend Superior due to their lack of communication with customers. read more

I ordered a big beautiful mirror from amazon (literally 6 feet) and it ended up arriving to me shattered. I called amazon and they refunded me and told me to discard the mirror as I couldn't send it back due to safety hazard. I had a French patio door window that was broken, they came and checked it out, told me it needed to be special ordered because they didn't have that type of window, they recommended who to call and offered to pick-up, deliver and install when window came in. Called this place ahead of time for a mirror replacement on a table that needed to be fixed. I was quoted one rate and when I arrived, it was double the price I was originally quoted. The office itself and location is run down. There are pot holes on the street and in the front office everything is unorganized and scattered everywhere. The gentleman (i believe he was the owner) was rude and very loud. He said he would call once the table was complete and that it would probably be a Tuesday or Wednesday. I received no call until Saturday. He left a voicemail demanding that it be picked up before they closed that day. When I arrived, only his employees were there and they did not speak english. Once we could communicate what I was there for, I was told it was cash only because their card machine doesnt work and of course, there was no atm nearby. I was still told i needed to pay for it before close of day. I would not recommend this place. The owner is rude and very demanding and their business practices are not ethical. read more
