These guys are great! We had a double-pane window that had lost its seal. I got several bids. Some were much higher and needed several weeks to order the window and get it done. Ben said they could do it the same day. They arrived in the morning, at the time they said they would, removed the old window, and returned 3 hours later to install the new window with a 5-year warranty. Very professional. Price assessment: Reasonable price. read more

I called needing a window replaced after 5PM. The window was repaired by 7PM. Awesome service!!!

I ordered a piece of table glass and I was very pleased with the results. It was done the next morning and thankfully fit perfectly. The shop is a bit hard to find as it's on the back side of a strip mall up against the freeway. Service was courteous and I would do business with them again. read more

I was given a cash price discount estimate to replace window glass. When I called a few days later to get a price for glass replacement of 2 more windows, he greatly inflated the price by $450! He said I had a chance to accept his offer the first time and hung up on me. I needed a price for 2 more. I just needed the add on price. Do not waste your time calling this clown. He is extremely unprofessional. read more

Set up an appointment with Jose who did a no show. I called to advise Jose that I was waiting for him and when he answered I could tell that he was driving. He proceeded to stutter and stumble and tell me that he was sick. I told him that I was sorry that he was sick but would have appreciated a call to reschedule. My gut told me that when I originally called this very rude person was not going to be a fit. I would recommend that you skip this business. Nobody likes their time wasted or to be disrespected. read more

I broke the mirrors out of a 25 year old headboard and needed them replaced. The work was done within a week and look great.

Hi Lilia. Your rudeness, yelling and screaming at me over the phone, tells me what kind of business you're running. I'm traumatized from this experience. We had them come and fix the broken door glass for our store. After they left, we couldn't lock the door for some reason. Called them back, their response was they can come out and fix it and CHARGE me because THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING. From the beginning their attitude was not 'let me hear what is wrong or let's talk it out' but rather 'do not dare to tell me anything and I didnt do it'. They started ignoring our calls that day and we were stuck with a broken door lock. Next day we got quotes from two different places including Lock Smith. Bill came out to $850 and $550 from two different places. BOTH places saying it has to be broken when they were fixing the glass. Lock Smith showed me the picture and told me this is exactly my proof. That two parts circled in the picture is a little piece that holds the screw. While they were fixing it, the bottom screw might have fallen out. Lilia, instead of trying to listen to what was going on fully, you yelled at me saying 'YOUR DOOR IS OLD. IT NEEDS SERVICE. I DIDNT DO ANYTHING. I ALREADY TALK TO YOU.' Dont scream and yell at me. I dont deserve that from you. Both lock service places are saying your people broke it. You're telling me you didnt do it and yet the door that's been working perfectly find until your people came and fixed the glass, ALL OF A SUDDEN is not working. I wonder why. Do you see the little green glass through zoomed in picture? And you say you didnt even touch it? Please. If you apologized or at least tried to listen to me instead of screaming at me from the top of your lungs, I wouldn't have left you this message. All the businesses are struggling from covid. I know that. Maybe we could've tried to solve the problem together if you gave us a chance. But no. You didnt want to listen at all. You can't run a business without customers. I'm not trying to say customers are always right. But you're not always right either. I found you guys through Yelp last year and we got few services from you guys. I hope my review can help preventing other people from getting yelled from you. Or maybe you need to change how you run your business. Until then, read more

good service, ask them for a window repair they arrived on time, made an estimate, fixed the window later that day

Quick response. Not sure if the office was closed, Call back was within in 10 min.. Tech was at my home two hours later and windows were replaced. This was after a burglary. Good experience, but not inexpensive. Worth the expense, great response time. Good work by an experienced tech! Thank you, worth the cost! read more

So we had two broken windows over the weekend on the backside of the home. Called a few places and they where either closed or booked. I called superior glass and there was no answer. I got a call back about 15 minutes later. I sent him pictures and dimensions then sent me a quote. He came to the house at the scheduled time and removed the windows. Stated he would return in about 2-2:30hrs with the windows. He did just that he arrived completed the job. The older gentleman was extremely professional and very friendly. Even though my 2 year old followed him and bugged him he never seemed bothered and that was awesome. The price was fair as it was a same day job. Overall I would most definitely recommend them. Fair price and good work. read more

Superior Glass was called out to take a look at several windows in our house in need of repair. They were fine to schedule the appointment with and arrived on time, calling ahead. My issues were that the inspector seems to very quickly rush through. I was upfront that I wanted a full estimate on repairing each window in the house. Several of the windows in our new house needed new screens, which Superior doesn't provide. That's not a problem, but the overall inspection of each window felt incredibly rushed. In the end, all I asked for was for them to send me an estimate of the work that should be done. We rent and were handling the call outs for our landlord (it's a personal landlord-tenant relationship), and our landlord had agreed to pay, but needed the estimate to make the repairs. Several weeks later I have yet to receive a phone call or email, both of which I provided to Superior, for any estimates. As a customer, I expect a business to reach out and handle all aspects of their business efficiently. It's not my job as a customer to pursue a business in the hopes of giving them money. I'll be contacting someone else to do our window repairs, and wouldn't recommend Superior due to their lack of communication with customers. read more

I stopped by their shop on a whim to get an estimate. Price was reasonable for a dual pane replacement window at the house. They gave me a time for service and were right on time. Had a broken door and the response time and communication was excellent. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of their services.

I called this morning to get an estimate for my broken window. I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait weeks for it to be fixed. To my surprise, the owner, Ben, was able to be at my house within an hour & had the window fixed within the next 2 hours! Ben and his helper were both very kind, respectful & professional. They followed all covid-19 protocols, wearing a mask and social distancing, which was a plus. I was impressed with the quality of the work, as well as their reasonable price. I'll definitely be using them again for any glad needs! read more

Gave me a price over the phone and the when they got here the price was double because of bad information... well I gave his employee the measurements. He said that's why we don't give quotes over the phone. Well I didn't ask for it it was given to me read more

I ordered a big beautiful mirror from amazon (literally 6 feet) and it ended up arriving to me shattered. I called amazon and they refunded me and told me to discard the mirror as I couldn't send it back due to safety hazard. I did not feel right throwing it away so I started searching for a local mirror replacement company. I came across Superior Glass and I called them right away! Robert answered and he was very helpful, I gave him the dimensions of my shattered mirror and he gave me a quick quote over the phone. I dropped it off that week on my lunch and to my surprise it was ready that very same day so I swooped by and picked it up on my way home. The mirror was replaced with high quality mirror and it appeared as if it was never shattered I was so happy I could get this fixed without having to take a chance of ordering another one online!!! Thank you Superior Glass!!!! read more

Called this place ahead of time for a mirror replacement on a table that needed to be fixed. I was quoted one rate and when I arrived, it was double the price I was originally quoted. The office itself and location is run down. There are pot holes on the street and in the front office everything is unorganized and scattered everywhere. The gentleman (i believe he was the owner) was rude and very loud. He said he would call once the table was complete and that it would probably be a Tuesday or Wednesday. I received no call until Saturday. He left a voicemail demanding that it be picked up before they closed that day. When I arrived, only his employees were there and they did not speak english. Once we could communicate what I was there for, I was told it was cash only because their card machine doesnt work and of course, there was no atm nearby. I was still told i needed to pay for it before close of day. I would not recommend this place. The owner is rude and very demanding and their business practices are not ethical. read more
