I ordered a set of custom Crimson Security doors back on 3/1/2024, paid half…read moreupfront and was waiting for my doors to get made and shipped to them. 1 month later wrong doors arrived and per the installer they were incorrect so we refused the install and asked for a correction. It has been 4 months and still no doors. I've called multiple times asking for a call back and no one calls me back. One dispatcher or c.s. Rep even said I see you've called weekly yet no urgency has been expressed. I've asked for a cancellation and a refund since we're passed our 16 week estimate and they have yet to make anything write. I've just now asked for a call from the owner as it is a small business and I'll see how that goes and follow up with some good updates. But as far as customer service and someone I would recommend?- definitely no. Don't spend the money on a custom product when a company does not care for their customers. There is no accountability and they will not offer any value or consideration for wasted time and loss of money for as long as it has been.

I just went on to tell him what I was looking for...2 normal outlets and a RV outlet. He paused and said he couldn't do the job for like three weeks. No explanation just really felt like he didn't want the job. Do not bother with this company, just from this vibe I am sure he is a shady contractor. I am glad I found out now instead of later when he damaged my home.
