I've asked for a cancellation and a refund since we're passed our 16 week estimate and they have yet to make anything write. I've just now asked for a call from the owner as it is a small business and I'll see how that goes and follow up with some good updates. But as far as customer service and someone I would recommend?- definitely no. Don't spend the money on a custom product when a company does not care for their customers.
