After taking a deep dove into the differences, we decided Norman shutters were going to be the best. They have no tilt bar and all the hardware is hidden inside the product. This makes dusting so so easy and they are very clean, because there are less working parts. So while the prices were similar, the value of this product exceeds others. We agreed, because of the holidays, that would be ok. Then we never heard anything from customer service and the first install date passes by. Our sales person finally contacted us, gives us another set of days for installation. Again, never contacted again, and the dates are completely missed AGAIN, and still no customer service contact. We even advised the company,we decided to sell our home, and we'd like our $ back! We were told that's not possible, as our product is in production. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INSTALLED ALREADY!!! We won't be in the house by then, so their suggestion is for me to ask the buyer to let them in to install our 1SHADE !! 4 MONTHS LATER!!! SERIOUSLY?
