After taking a deep dove into the differences, we decided Norman shutters were going to be the best. They have no tilt bar and all the hardware is hidden inside the product. This makes dusting so so easy and they are very clean, because there are less working parts. So while the prices were similar, the value of this product exceeds others. Danco was the only company that followed through on their appointment time. The other five were no-shows and no call back to reschedule, definitely not the best way to gain my business. Danco gave us a quote that was fair when compared to online companies. The difference is that Danco gave us the ability to contact them anytime without having to going through some call center in a different country or waiting forever for a call back. When you call Danco, Dan's wife Dana is the one that will most likely be answering the phone and it won't take long to feel like your talking with someone you know. Danco is a local company so your money is staying right here in Bakersfield, not some huge corporation back east that you'll never hear from again when you need customer service.
