Christian advised me and gave great recommendations on the types of cameras, their placement, and what features they would come with. After being provided with all the information, I booked an appointment that day for installation. About two weeks later Christian, and his cousin Sebastian, arrived at my home on time and got right to work. From start to finish they were here about 4 hours. During the process, Medrano Surveillance took the time to lay down drop cloths and moving blankets to try and keep the mess from installation down to a small area. Very detail oriented. They worked like a well oiled machine and when they were done, they picked up their mess, vacuumed and swept my floors, and took all the time I needed getting set up with the apps and the equipment. I called Vivint so they could just send a tech to fix everything at once and they told me they would send someone out for $99. I've had different security services before so compared to past experiences I really feel like I got a bad deal.
