When I called, Dale answered the phone and got somebody out to help me within an hour. Cody was friendly, polite, and a fabulous electrician. He solved my flickering lights problem almost immediately so he spent the rest of the hour fixing and advising me on some other issues that he noticed during diagnosis. It turned out that the washer was a separate alarm company hookup issue. Best service ever. Most companies would charge you for the first hour, fix the reported problem and leave. My ancient AC unit needed full replacement, so I did my due diligence and started calling around to get bids from different companies (while sweating profusely). Right out the gate, Julio was absolutely awesome. He not only answered after hours, but he took the time to explain different questions I should be asking all of the contractors to make sure I'm getting the best warranty possible and the most complete service. That alone was above and beyond-- he didn't have to do that, but it goes to show that not only is he about educating and empowering consumers. . . but that he also knows his product and service is incredible enough to stand up to that level of scrutiny. After getting multiple bids from different highly ranked companies around the town, Great Dane HVAC provided the best warranty by a mile (literally about double the length of what many others were offering across multiple categories), but his quote was also very reasonable (and beat many of the competitors who were offering smaller units with less warranty for $2000+ more). All along the way, communication with Julio was awesome-- whether via calls, texts, or in person, Julio communicated everything promptly and was just generally awesome. Julio is awesome and I can't recommend Great Dane HVAC enough. They just left a little bit ago and my house is already back to a normal, refreshing temp. They've got lifetime customers now!

The high winds took out a big oak tree up at our cabin in Alta Sierra. It was a big mess, power to part of the mountain had to be shut down until the tree was removed from the lines, it took 4 experienced tree trimmers from Wright Tree Services almost 5 hours to get the Edison lines cleared of the old seasoned oak tree. This was Friday afternoon at the beginning of the Memorial Day weekend. All the power to the mountain was restored except ours. Our holiday weekend plans suddenly were changed. Aaron moore electric to the rescue. There was nothing anyone could do for the holiday weekend. I spoke with Aaron and Tuesday Aaron was there right on time to survey my needed repairs. New service truck nice equipment Aaron is friendly knowledgeable he knows his business He explained what was needed spoke with the Edison representative on what they required to restore my service. We spent about 40 minutes he gave me a price a time and a date he would make the repairs. Aaron came with a helper, Jimmy they were on time and got right to work safety was a top priority. My job was completed in about 4 hours, they were ready for Edison. Aaron made the call. Edison showed up within a hour. Aaron left the ladder up for him he knew what Edison needed they've worked together before I could tell. Edison's guys are busy and professional no nonsense safety again is a top priority.
