They were late and then told me they couldn't get there until Monday, 5 days away. Insisting this needs taken care and can't wait. They finally showed up. First they told me I needed to expand my ductwork, that the unit was too much for the current set up. I said, you mean the unit you guys sold us? That was going to be around $17 grand. After getting past that nonsense he tells me it was going to cost $3800, minimum. Told monarch I was getting a second opinion, that's way too much money for a new unit. Called Lara's, they came the next morning and for $890 I had my ac back. Most of that was Freon. Both workers were very polite and had everything fixed and tidy in about an hour. After I realized they were legit I decided to give them a chance. I already had a heater in this house but decided to take advantage of their pricing to add AC! Not only was he super nice and we built a good relationship but the work they did is amazing! They really went above and beyond too because they relocated my intake vent thing. The location my suction vent thing was at originally was an eyesore, so they went into the crawl space and relocated for a very good price .
