He solved my flickering lights problem almost immediately so he spent the rest of the hour fixing and advising me on some other issues that he noticed during diagnosis. It turned out that the washer was a separate alarm company hookup issue. Best service ever. Most companies would charge you for the first hour, fix the reported problem and leave. We wanted a plumber to come out and redirect our water to go straight to our traditional water heater and we wanted an electrician to make sure there was not any active power still running to this unit. They sent out a gentleman named Ray, he came out to my home the very next morning after giving this company a call. He called to let me know he was on his way with his ETA. They charged me for a service call; he got up on the roof to look at the system, and also was very thorough by crawling into our attic space directly under the unit to double check that there was not some source of power below it. I would definitely call this company again if I needed electrical work done. Thank you for your prompt, professional service! It was very much appreciated!

When we first contacted Luna Electric, Cesar was friendly and helpful. However, his demeanor…read moreshifted when it came time to sign the contract, becoming unpleasant and aggressive. Once the work began, he frequently complained about the compensation despite having bid on the project and often arrived on-site without greeting us, creating an uncomfortable environment and giving the impression that he was doing us a favor. In contrast, Rankin Electric, who is now completing the work is helpful and professional. Rankin provides notes on changes at no additional cost. Luna Electric, by comparison, charged for notes and warned that any modifications would incur extra fees. Overall, our experience with Luna Electric was highly unsatisfactory. Prior to starting the job, he quoted us for certain items, but when we wanted to proceed with those items, the price suddenly increased. When we questioned him about the price change, he insisted that it was final. We decided not to proceed with those items and fortunately hired Rankin Electric to complete the work.
