I've had bad experiences with prior techs to the point I had to help them run wire through attic. This is specifically why he was requested and assigned originally. So I lost a days of work due to I wanted to be home for install and now we had to cancel. So now I'm even more delayed on getting my new equipment. Scheduling needs to get it together. When someone is requesting a tech. It's for a reason. Every customer has different needs and expect certain outcomes that not all techs can perform. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

During the process, Medrano Surveillance took the time to lay down drop cloths and moving blankets to try and keep the mess from installation down to a small area. Very detail oriented.
