I recently had an issue with my AC, and from the beginning, the service was outstanding. Alexander the technician was extremely honest and thorough. He explained exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and why, without trying to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs. He replaced the capacitor with a Turbo 200X, tested the entire system afterward, and performed maintenance on the AC to make sure everything was operating properly. The price was very fair, which included the diagnosis/service call, installation, testing, maintenance, and a 5-year company warranty on the repair. What really impressed me was the level of transparency--no pun intended! He even sent me an email afterward with detailed pictures and videos documenting the work he performed. I really appreciated being able to see exactly what was done and having everything explained so clearly. The service was efficient, professional, and honest from start to finish. In an industry where it can sometimes be difficult to know who you can trust, Transparency absolutely earned my trust and my 5-star review. After having my AC unit serviced by South Valley AC & Heating, I started experiencing an…read moreintermittent issue where the compressor would stop running while the indoor fan continued blowing warm air. If I shut the system off for a while and turned it back on, it would sometimes work again--but the problem was inconsistent and difficult to reproduce. What really impressed me was South Valley AC & Heating's commitment to making it right. They came back out three additional times as a courtesy to diagnose the problem. The first two visits were challenging because the compressor was working normally when they arrived, so there wasn't an obvious issue to find. On the third visit, they happened to arrive while the compressor was acting up, which allowed them to identify and fix the problem. I really appreciated that they stood behind their work and didn't give up just because the issue was intermittent. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely wanted to make sure my AC was working properly before considering the job finished. It's easy to provide good service when the problem is obvious. It's much harder to stick with a customer through an intermittent issue, and that's exactly what South Valley AC & Heating did. I highly recommend them for their honesty, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
