Adrijon came out quickly and did the job in about an hour and charged us $305. They did a beautiful job and now the gate is so much easier to operate. And they put a closer and a latch to bring it up to code because we have a swimming pool. Very nice and professional people! I highly recommend them.

He even used a wood fence picket to ensure he left the correct spacing between the iron rails. He and his worker installed the iron work as requested, and also sanded & electrostatically painted my existing driveway gate. Ceasar was receptive to my questions and requests. His wife Maritza was very helpful in scheduling the appointments and installation. I recommend Ceasar for any ironwork or iron painting.

We searched and after reading several positive comments about Alex, we called him and we're glad we did. He came out and had a binder with pictures of his work. We selected our gates from the internet and he had no problems making what we showed him. Once you talk to him, you can tell he takes pride in his work. He is humble, professional and explains his work, but he is a busy man so you have to be patient, but if your not in a rush, he is your man to hire. His prices are inexpensive and we liked his work. Spanish is his main language, but he does speak, with an accent, english and understand it also so their shouldn't be a language issue. Call Alex and see for yourself. I recommend Alex for your wrought iron needs.

He was there for about 10 minutes and then left. Barely said a word. It took a while to get the estimate. Once my insurance received it, it was approved. After the approval, Alert came back and said the damage was more than what they first thought and so they needed to do another estimate. They never came to my house again. It took over 2 weeks to get any response. After that, they told my adjuster they were not "willing to do the work." My family has been displaced because of the damage to our bathroom. To me, it's very unprofessional to not contact anyone for weeks and then say they are not willing to do the repairs.

Our job, which was to replace some sections of a kitchen island that had water damage, took him two seperate days and maybe a total of eight hours. We are satisfied with the work, thus far (will update if anything comes up). The only thing that was a real bummer was a floor tile that was broken during the demo. And since we didn't have any extras, had to be epoxied back together. Luckily, it's not in a place where people will see it.

The work was very reasonably priced, and it only took him 15 minutes! Now, my dog doesn't get underfoot when I cook. I was so pleased with Matthew's work that I called Grunt Sergeant again for several home projects. This time, I needed a patio fence asap- one that would be sturdy and secure for my dog. Thanks to Felicia, she promptly set up a consultation with Matthew. Felicia keeps me informed with the installation schedules. Now, my patio temporary eyesore plastic-fence has been replaced! Thank you to Matthew and Chris who worked tirelessly into the late evening on a weekend to install my fence. Mathew did all the measuring and brought all the fencing required, brackets, and 2 gates...and tools. Matthew took out all the guesswork. He is very precise, skilled with a drill, saw to cut metal, and welded parts of the fencing. I'm very happy to say I now have a functional aesthetic dual-swing gated fence. It's sturdy, weather proof, and well made. Today, Matthew installed a new outlet plug for my globe-shaped pendant lamp. He made all the required adjustments to the Globe Pendant light so it would operate and hang correctly. Now I can enjoy the globe light as it casts gorgeous light patterns when the ambient light is low. He also adjusted my rod iron gate by my front door and it's now easy to open. Don't hesitate to call Grunt Sergeant for fast, friendly, and reliable service at reasonable rates-you'll be happy you did. See attached before & after photos.
