I call four different vendors/installers to obtain quotes. All of the quotes came in nearly the same! What to do... well, examine the manufacturer. After taking a deep dove into the differences, we decided Norman shutters were going to be the best. They have no tilt bar and all the hardware is hidden inside the product. This makes dusting so so easy and they are very clean, because there are less working parts. So while the prices were similar, the value of this product exceeds others. I had a family heirloom channel back chair that needed to be reupholstered. Robert got back to me the same day that I left a voicemail. On top of Robert being a pleasure to work with, his upholsterer, Ramon, did an absolutely beautiful job on recovering and hand tucking my very special chair. The chair is gorgeous, and exceeded all my expectations! These guys know what they are doing, and it's no wonder they have been in business for many, many years! Sincerely, Tammy Curran

They had no issue cashing our check quickly, but can't seem to give a sh__ about getting the customer what they paid for at any cost! UNBELIEVABLE
