    We purchased 1 motorized shade for the entryway door, and was told it would be installed in the…read moremiddle of January, after purchase in November. We agreed, because of the holidays, that would be ok. Then we never heard anything from customer service and the first install date passes by. Our sales person finally contacted us, gives us another set of days for installation. Again, never contacted again, and the dates are completely missed AGAIN, and still no customer service contact. We even advised the company,we decided to sell our home, and we'd like our $ back! We were told that's not possible, as our product is in production. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INSTALLED ALREADY!!! Now we're getting even more run around from the company. Now we're being told it won't be until mid March! We won't be in the house by then, so their suggestion is for me to ask the buyer to let them in to install our 1SHADE !! 4 MONTHS LATER!!! SERIOUSLY? We were going to use them to install blinds at our new house, BUT WE'LL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Even considering legal action. They had no issue cashing our check quickly, but can't seem to give a sh__ about getting the customer what they paid for at any cost! UNBELIEVABLE

They admitted they were having manufacturing issues and would redo. However they would not answer questions regarding outcomes. Finally had to get a Lawyer involved, still not got my money back. I ordered the Honeycomb shaded that supposedly raise and lower from top or bottom, DO NOT operate correctly. BUYER BEWARE, you could be caught in their games just like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sandra
