I've asked for a cancellation and a refund since we're passed our 16 week estimate and they have yet to make anything write. I've just now asked for a call from the owner as it is a small business and I'll see how that goes and follow up with some good updates. But as far as customer service and someone I would recommend?- definitely no. Don't spend the money on a custom product when a company does not care for their customers. First I was quoted around $700 for a picture window for my attic only to have Art, the sales person, completely disappear. 5 months later when I reached back out, he quoted me double the price for the same window. I get that things cost more, but double? Art came out to measure the window (I had to give him my own ladder and flashlight which on one hand is totally fine but on the other makes one question the professionalism). It took another 4 weeks for the "head installer" to come out who I never saw or met (why are we measuring multiple times and why is Art measuring?) Then I received a shady invoice with no company letterhead that requested payment to the sales person's wife. When I asked how long it would take and if he could call the manufacturer in advance to get an estimate of time - he said no. So one has no idea how long it's going to take and you have to pay first to get an estimate on time. Then the sales person abruptly said he would pass on my project, assuming because he did not like my questions on time of install. I tried to call the office to talk to someone but no one ever answers.
