Joe's Garage are good people, twice I have used them for different services. The first was a broken door and the second was fixing the opener and sensors causing the door to jam and open itself. Joe, Arturo and Joe's dad are fast, honest and highly trustworthy. I have reduced my posting on Yelp but made an exception creating a new one because Joe's is excellent! read more

Joe and his team are amazing!!! I have always had issues with my garage door, usually the spring breaks about every 3-4 years. The original home builder had the incorrect spring installed originally but recently my door came off the entire tracks. Numerous previous company's just replaced same spring without taking the time to do it right. I called Joe and his team arrived on a Sunday within 15 minutes. The door was back on the tracks and that's when Joe noticed it was the wrong spring for the door. He took a weight of the door; got the right springs installed and the garage door has never been so quiet ever until Joe and his team worked on it. Originally it use to be loud each time I would open or close it, but not now. His value and work ethic is exactly the guy and company you want fixing or installing your garage door. I'm getting ready to build a garage shop soon and I'll be having Joe and his team get that measured and ordered and install the new door for that once it's complete. Great work and 100% knows what he is doing and won't give you a run around and will show up and get it knocked out regardless of the issues you may have ahead of time when he says he will be there. read more

Easy from the beginning. Arrived on time for the estimate, within a few days we had picked the garage door we wanted, then the guys came out a few days later to install. Looks and sounds amazing. Finally, one project completed with absolutely no stress. Thanks to the team for your professionalism!! We really appreciate it. Mike Smith read more

Garage was damaged (a car drove into it) on a Friday afternoon and wouldn't operate. Called Joe and he came out the same day, early evening; assessed the damage (had to be replaced which is what I expected), gave a reasonable estimate, and replaced my damaged garage with a new garage door on Monday. Joe's fast response to my situation was much appreciated. His capability of getting the requested garage door over the weekend and replacing the damaged one early Monday morning is easily worth the 5 star review. read more

Update!!! Our ancient relic of a garage door finally gave out on us and I had to replace the entire thing. Joe came out at 9PM!! Gave me a quote , helped me lock it up and was back the next day to replace the entire thing. I am extremely satisfied with the new style garage door we went with and his prices are the best around. Springs broke late at night, looked around on yelp and picked the highest rated and called them for quotes for the serviPrompt response , friendly and was the lowest price in town to fix a broken spring on my garage door. He also was able to fix the issues caused by improper installation by our contractor as well while he was here. Definitely recommend. Now I can use my garage again ! read more

Joe is professional, punctual, efficient, and knows everything about garage repair and installation. Call him!! This is the only call you need to make for all your garage door and garage opener needs. Our garage came off the rails and we couldn't get it to close on a Friday, so we called Joe's Garage Doors. He answered immediately, and said he was in our area, and it seemed to take him only a few seconds to arrive. He closed our garage in minutes. We were so impressed that we also ordered new garage doors for our three car garage. He took our order, gave us an appointment time for installation and was on time, extremely neat, and had two garage doors and an opener installed in under 2 hours. Joe is an excellent, excellent serviceperson. Call him!! read more

Awesome service! Garage door came off the tracks and bent some of the tracks as well. I called late in the afternoon Thursday, and Joe came out Friday morning on time. I explained the problem and he got to work right away. Only took him about 20 mins, and he had the door working better than it was before the incident. He saved me a ton of money. $150 for the repair and replacement of a few parts. Other companies were telling me a minimum of 125 just to come out. I didn't have cash on hand but he accepts Apple Pay and Zelle which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend and use him again. Very good dude and really chill to talk with as well! read more

I initially reached out to Joel and he provided a quote to fix a broken spring and recable the tension wire. Most other places I got a quote said it would be an additional charge to replace. Joel came out and replace the faulty spring and get everything in working order in 20-30min. Very curtious and answered my questions. Definitely a honest guy and doe not try to upscale into replacing items you don't need. Will use again for sure and telling all my family and friends. read more

Superior service from an expert: 1. Free estimate by phone-held good even after he found additional minor items to correct. [Hint: KEEP EVERY PART, even if they "fly off".] 2. Could not come the day I called due to holiday. 3. The day after, he called and scheduled his visit. 4. Arrived early, but only after calling to find out if convenient. 5. Repair conducted swiftly. [His advice do NOT use a mechanical "locking" pin because of how often people forget and then use opener--chaos ensues. He also explained and demonstrated PERIL of "self-repair" efforts (guilty as charged)--"you could have lost a hand and you increased cost of what I had to do. 6. Pointed out ALL THE STUFF I HAD CLOSE TO DOOR WHICH COULD DAMAGE DOOR, EVEN TO POINT OF REQUIRING TOTAL NEW INSTALL--I've done what he suggested, and will sleep better for it. 7. Gave safe advice re: safe security options (Sorry, I'm not telling, "security".) I would trust Joe to do any repair. Even though he is VERY BUSY. ["The good ones always are."] read more

I needed to get my garage door repaired. Joe's Garage Doors caught my eye. Within less than an hour after I put out feelers from several competitors, Joe contacted me and arranged to come by immediately which greatly impressed me. After he looked at my issue and offered me several solutions, I decided to go with a new door. He was able to come back a week later and along with his partner, installed the door, which looks really good. They did a great job, were very friendly, and made the experience smooth and easy. The price was right. If I were to ever have any other issues or if I knew someone who needed their service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe and his company. A+! read more

This is the second time we called out joe for some garage work. The first time we needed the garage door opener replaced bc it wasn't pulling up the door. He came quick and did the job at a reasonable price. The second time we called him out was unfortunately bc we drive into the garage and damaged it pretty bad. We had custom painted doors before and needed something similar. Everything was done by phone and email which was great for me bc I am a very push person. He was very patient while we made a selection. What I appreciate the most is the constant communication and quickness to reply. The work was done timely and the quality was fantastic. Joe will be called for all future needs and highly recommended from us. read more

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Fast, friendly, efficient, cost-effective... I could go on for quite awhile. Called them to do basic maintenance / service on the big door and look at the small door that I messed up by stacking a box too high. They were here the same day to look at it. The door was bent at the top, still opening and closing, but clearly not correctly. The original door installers had also done a poor job servicing / balancing / etc. last time they were out. Joe's duo serviced and balanced the big door correctly - it's smoother and quieter than I can ever remember. They also repaired the small door at a VERY affordable rate and now it runs quieter and smoother than ever before AND sits against the house / frame properly. They even recommended lubricants and showed me the spots to spray every couple months. read more
