Exceptional Service - Dave is the Best!…read more If you are looking for an honest, kind, and responsive professional for your garage door, look no further than Dave! I cannot say enough good things about Dave and his crew! They recently removed my old, incredibly heavy wooden garage door, monster that took 3people just to lift and installed a beautiful new double short-panel steel door complete with a new motor. Out of everyone I reached out to, Dave was by far the most prompt in getting back to me and easily the kindest. He gave me a fantastic deal, worked around my schedule seamlessly, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. For a small extra fee, he even hauled that massive old door to the dump for me, which was an absolute lifesaver & blessing!!!! Not only was Dave the best but his crew worked together seamless and were just as kind towards me. As someone who couldn't lift the old door by myself, this new setup makes my daily life so much easier and keeps my garage looking clean and updated. Having this new automatic door gives me a much cleaner garage too because it seals better preventing so much dirt, dust, spiders and lizards for coming in. I am so thankful for Dave's help, his crew and genuine customer care. I will definitely be contacting him for any future needs and highly recommend his services to anyone!

We purchased a house that had the two heavy, spring hinged garage doors without an auto…read moreopener...it wasn't heavy to lift open but it sagged so much that we couldn't drive our (normal height sedan) car into the garage. Needing to make a change we went to Yelp and found Advance Doors. Chris followed up with me immediately...we arranged a meeting so that he could inspect the doors and give me a quote. Ultimately, I chose Advance Doors and Chris in particular because of his flexibility...during that first schedule meeting...my schedule changed suddenly and he instead met with my realtor. He adjusted to the change, no problem, and followed up with a reasonable quote to replace two old doors with new style track slide up doors with openers. I also had him instal a rollup door (like those on industrial business for my workshop(adjacent to the garage). We had to change the install dates a couple of time due to my schedule and the weather and through it all Chis was cool. He's a personable person, works efficiently and I couldn't be happier with the result and experience. I certainly recommend Advance Doors, I'm sure all the installers are just as awesome as Chris but that's who I'd ask for, based on my experience.

Precision was able to come out same day and take a look, the tech was very friendly and professional and ran through everything with me right there on site. He showed me the manufacturer date on my opener, it was about 12 years old. He even explained it didn't appear that the sensors were going out because he wasn't seeing the typical signs so he wasn't completely sure why the door kept refusing to close. He offered me several solutions and given the age and clunkiness of my system I just opted to replace everything but the door since it came with a lifetime warranty and they could do it that day. They got it done in under 2 hours and it looks terrific. Gave me all my paperwork, I tested it and couldn't believe the difference, I can barely even hear the door open and close now it's so smooth and quiet. The cost lined up with some other rough quotes I gathered from the 2 other companies I called, Precision was in the middle so I don't feel I drastically overpaid. It was a good experience and I'd use them again in the future.

I set the install day for a Saturday (4/13) to better fit my work schedule. After the date was set Jose called me and asked if the install could be done on Monday (4/8). This immediately sent up a warning flag because of a different install I had set up with Lowes that never happened. I agreed to the Monday install. On Monday, Jose showed up 30 minutes earlier than expected (which is something I extremely admire) and got right to work. I went to check on him about an hour and a half later and Jose was all finished. He set up my extra remote and keycode without hesitation, explained what buttons were what, and took away the old opener. I am very happy with his work.
