Sea Clean provided excellent deep sanitizing house and carpet cleaning prior to our move-in. Everyone communicated well from the time of quoting through project finish. They showed up on time and worked very hard using bleach, Lysol and other cleaners to sanitize every surface. The staff was friendly and highly professional. Our home is sparkling clean and the carpets are spotless. We highly recommend this service! read more

I was needing help Deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. They did everything I asked. I called Jose and asked if they could vacuum and dust for me. I hadn't planned that but they did it and even made my bed. They are so good that I decided to do a monthly service with them. I have also recommended them to a few more friends. read more

Very happy with the service! They were able to work around our pets and were able to get everything super clean! Will be booking them for a recurring service to help keep the place clean. read more

Sea clean made things easy to set up and efficient. They did a great job on our move out cleaning for the next renters and they came a long way to do it. Responsiveness from Jose was quick and the price good. Thank sea clean. read more

I initially asked for a deep clean back in August. The workers he sent over went above and beyond my expectations. Having hired cleaners in the past, they tend to have a long list of things they will not clean, but the cleaners here have done amazing work. I have hired them to come monthly, and am very happy with their work. I have a larger house, though many of the rooms are not used at the moment, so it often doesn't take them long to finish the job. I also appreciate the communication from the owner. read more

Jose was very kind and responsive; however, the service was just alright. They arrived 15 minutes late and were asked to clean the rooms, windows, light fixtures, blinds, and appliances. Overall a deep move-in clean at $133/hr. However, they did not dust or clean the blinds and one room looked untouched with dust and bugs still in the corner of the room. read more

Great work by Jose and his crew, the house looked cleaner than I had ever seen it after they were done, lots of attention to detail in the appliance cleaning too, will be using them again! read more

Jose's crew did an incredibly thorough cleaning job in my house. It hasn't been quite so immaculate in a while so I am very appreciative of the work and extra effort that went into their work today. I will not hesitate to use them again. read more

Jose and his team are great, he offered fair pricing and was able to accommodate some last minute asks too. At the last hour I realized that the move out cleaning services I reserved were not enough, we also needed: bulk trash removal and the carpets steam cleaned. Jose said not a problem and got the job done. The end product looks great, very clean and looks like we didn't live here for 3 years. THANK YOU THANK YOU! Book them, they're highly responsive and great customer service. read more

The Sea Clean team is fantastic ... I cannot recommend them enough! We've used them for move-out cleaning services as well as regular monthly cleanings and have always been thrilled with the results read more

We needed to have our home cleaned quickly. I reached out to five cleaners and Jose responded first and was able to schedule on my time frame. Jose is professionally friendly. His team worked long and hard for four hours. The house sparkled when they completed their work. We would not hesitate to use Jose and his team in the future and most likely will. read more

We used Sea Clean Cleaning Services as we were getting ready to list our home for sale. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Price was exactly what we were told. We definitely would recommend them if you are looking for a great house cleaning. read more

We have SEA cleaning service helped us clean our house twice. They did a good job with deep cleaning but it took a long time to clean one small space. On the first time, they cancelled us last minute twice before finally made it the third time. On the second time we had a lot of repairs and installations happening upstairs so only the kitchen we notified Jose ahead of time and he was ok with it. Their team did a good job but when we got the bill for 1.5 hours when his team was only here for 1.25 hours door to door. Be careful when considering the quote as they start time from when they arrive nearby via GPS and when they leave nearby via GPS. Not the actual service time. read more

Sea clean is THE BEST. We get our house with many animals cleaned every two weeks. My partner and I both work from home and have busy schedules and they are always so communicative and flexible with scheduling and quiet and respectful while they are here. They get our house really clean and they have very reasonable prices. read more

I booked Sea Clean Cleaning to handle the move out cleaning for our old apartment unit. It was a 3 bed/3.5 bath unit and Jose came and cleaned the entire apartment, with carpet cleaning within 5 hours. I especially like the attention to details in the kitchen, while cleaning the oven and fridge. The rate seemed reasonable at $120/hr for the level of service which they provided. I would definitely book Jose's services again in the future. read more

We needed a deep clean for our daughter's college apartment. Sea Clean was very responsive to us when we reached out and were fast and reliable in providing service. The crew was professional and left the apartment spotless. We'll be using them again. read more

Jose is very friendly and professional and he did a great job cleaning my new condo! The kitchen is still sparkling. We got to chat a little bit about his experience in cleaning and his family, I felt very comfortable having him in my home for a few hours. He recommended monthly cleaning for a home my size, and I'm looking forward to having him come back in a few weeks! read more

I used these guys 3 times and tried for a 4th cleaning, but they are totally unreliable. Each time I used them, they confirmed the time and then always showed up 2-3 hrs late. The 4th time I set the appointment for a certain time ( we could only do that time) and then confirmed again with them that morning. They confirmed, but then 15 mins before they showed up, they asked if they could come 3 hrs later. That was enough for me. They do a pretty good job cleaning, although they do take their sweet time, so watch out for the hourly rate. But, if you want somebody reliable, this ain't it. Good luck. read more

I was happy with Sea Clean for the cleaning project we hired them for. They were easy to coordinate with, and were clear on pricing. The quote they gave me, did match what they charged me. The cleaners were prompt and thorough. They were polite, were respectful of my home, and I was happy with the quality of the cleaning. This was our first time hiring Sea Clean - we would use them again in the future. read more

They came in, listened to our needs, did the estimate and finished the job nicely. Will definitely recommend for a good cleaning job.

I hired this team to clean a 1bd/1bath in Capitol Hill before our move out inspection. The whole space is only 615 sq ft. He sent a quote of $42/ hr which I included in the screenshot below. We left the apartment completely empty of trash and just needed items cleaned like windows, baseboards, etc. We even ran the Roomba the night before. He worked from 12:30 to 3:30 and when my boyfriend showed up to pay he charged us $360. To add insult to injury, when the apartment inspectors came ten minutes later, they noted that he hadn't properly cleaned the kitchen sink or around the base of the toilet. So as I write this, I'm waiting for my boyfriend to come back with supplies for me to reclean them so that we don't get charged an additional cleaning fee by the leasing agency. Go with a more reputable cleaning crew and save yourself the headache read more

Diamond Cleaners - The quote that was sent through Yelp - Home Cleaning Near Me - Seattle, Washington

My tenant did a great cleaning job before moving out. I just wanted to have some professional to clean up some difficult places like range hood, windows. Sea clean charged 3 hours for 3 person, the result is disappointing. They only partially cleaned the inside of the windows although they agreed to clean both inside and outside. The range hood has never been touched. The way they clean the blinds is just slapping the blinds with tower. -_-!! Overall, very unprofessional company and very dishonest people. read more

I want to start by saying...I own rental houses and I hate cleaning them after a tenant moves out. This time I was hiring someone. After getting quotes from five different cleaning companies, I decided to go with Sea Clean. They were not the cheapest but I felt the price was fair and reasonable. I also found Jose, very easy to talk to and he understood my concerns. He answered my all my questions and asked ME the right questions. I had them do a "move -out" cleaning for our rental house. The tenants had been living there for 12 years, and although it appeared they left it clean...it still needed more. Teresa and Elizabeth were on time, armed and ready! They wasted no time to start. They scrubbed stains from the toilets, got the grout much cleaner, wiped all the walls down, inside the cabinets, cleaned the windows, wiped the inside tracks of the windows, wiped the ceiling fans...Teresa even moved the stove and cleaned the floor and wall behind it! Overall I was very pleased with their work and it was done in four hours. I highly recommend Sea Clean. I think Jose is fair and his staff great. If would use them again and highly recommend them. read more

Cleaners showed up promptly. We leveraged telephone with Jose and Google Translate to communicate a little to confirm desires of service. I live in a 2200sqft home (3 bed 2.5 bath), and the spotless nature of the service was quality. Had some tough bathroom and kitchen marks that were removed as well as entirety of all surfaces dusted and window panes cleaned. Fridge detail was spot on. Although initial cost per hour was high than we thought, the quality for this type of clean was met. Good thing is next offer is less cost per hour and time to detail will be less since we got a bit more services this go round. Would recommend Vinicio and Judith combo as they worked in the home to clean well while I worked in my home office with my dog present. read more

Our home has never been professionally cleaned, and it needed it (we have a dog and a toddler). Jose was very responsive prior to the appointment, listened to all our asks and cleaned even more than what we requested, with great attention to detail. We look forward to monthly help from this team. read more

Great service, on time and very responsive. I needed a move out clean for a one bedroom one bath apartment and Jose and team cleaned my place in 2.5 hours for a reasonable price. Would definitely highly recommend their service! read more

Jose and his team were great in doing a deep cleaning service in our home in Bothell. They were able to clean the range, which my wife thought was impossible. They also did a great job with the walls, which were pretty stained by the previous owners. The pricing was also very competitive and fair. Overall, Sea Clean LLC was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their home cleaned. read more

Watch out for these guys- I was matched with this business through Yelp. The cleaners came out and were just fine, they were here for an hour and left. I was invoiced for over twice the amount of time that they were here. The owner (?) told me they only come out to my area for a two hour minimum, which would be totally fine if I had gotten two hours of work. I feel completely ripped off. The person I had to communicate with was rude and the whole experience was just terrible. read more

They did pretty normal job and charged me thrice price, I am very unhappy and never going to recommend him to any one - Very slow process of cleaning to charge more number of hours.. read more

Jose and team have always been flexible to my every changing dynamic schedule. They come at the time and date agreed every time.

Good quality cleaning. Unfortunately the person in charge seems very disorganized. He sends calendar invites using central time, and books cleaning for Saturday and Sunday, then corrects it weeks later. They seem to have a problem keeping workers, and Jose is difficult to communicate with. read more

$125/hr. 5 to 6 hr to clean a 2000 sq ft house. That's unreasonable service charge. I think gov should regulative house services.
