I messaged Sea Clean on Wednesday December 22nd. They were here December 23rd with a crew of 4 to deep clean my 3 bdrm 2.5bath with pets home. They were here just over 3 hours and everything from the floors to the walls and baseboards was clean. I'm not sure my house has been this clean. Jose and his team were so polite and courteous. The price shocked me a bit but with the last minute and how many people came it's quite alright. I couldn't be more please with Jose and his team at Sea Clean. I do hope to be able to arrange consistent cleaning with them as they were superb. read more

Nice people and great service. They did a fantastic job on our move out clean and we would recommend this business

Jose and his crew did an awesome job in helping us with a move out cleaning that required a lot of additional work. The ladies were friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. They stayed for over 9 hours assisting with all that was needed in a very chaotic/messy situation with our tenants move out. Would recommend their service! read more

My partner booked their services online and confirmed with them for a full 2-storey house deep clean the next day. Jose was very responsive over the phone and was very communicative about when they would arrive and how long the job might take. Claudia and Rumi were absolute professionals and left our house looking better than it had been in ages. Our appliances and our bathtub looked like they were brand new. We were stunned by how fast, efficient, and effective they were. They cleaned our whole house in 4 hours and managed to be so careful and attentive to different little areas of our place as well. We'll definitely be calling them to book their services again in the future. read more

Sea Clean was instantly responsive to my yelp quote request for move out cleaning that needed to happen on one of two days within a very short time frame. Jose was constantly communicative, his team did an excellent job inside the estimated hours of work for the house and were very friendly as well. Highly recommended! read more

We hired Sea Clean to do a deep clean move in service for our apartment and liked the result so much we've also hired them to do the move our service of our current apartment. Jose and his team arrived 15 minutes early, had all their equipment organized so that it moved up the narrow stairs and hallways of our building quickly. He walked the unit and pointed our dirtier areas and some optional areas to deep clean which gave us the option to tailor the services we really felt we HAD to have verses nice to haves. Our big ticket items were baseboards and our shower. Both look so so so much better now. Sea Clean also did vacuuming, mopping, window washing, cleaning inside and out side and top of cabinets. Cleaned the two sets of full length sliding mirror doors etc. We're really happy with the service and the price was really nice on our budget. We will definitely keep using Sea Clean and given the need for extra sanitation right now we may hire them for sanitization services too. Glad I found them. read more

We bought a house recently and did not realize the state of the carpets. They were filthy and stained. Jose's crew did an amazing job restoring the carpets to a good quality condition. The stains are all gone. They are several shades lighter, and it just smells so much nicer! I highly recommend this business if you need carpets cleaned at a good price. read more

Excellent communication from the moment I requested a quote to the completion of the first deep clean. Management was communicative, professional and friendly. Employees were on-time, professional and did a beautiful job. Floors, bathrooms, kitchen all thoroughly cleaned. Nice extra details in some tidying up as well. read more

Jose's team was great today. They were fast and reliable. My place is sparkling clean!

Omg, I've worked with several cleaning companies and have always felt it wasn't worth the cost! Many companies were only able to do the bathrooms in a few hours and this company did my whole house in 2 hours! They were so efficient and got to so many parts of the house I didn't think they'd get to! They also were super flexible with timing and were so easy to work with! Highly recommended y'all!! read more

I contacted sea clean after my husband and I purchased our first home. I thought I could handle cleaning on my own but was quickly overwhelmed. Thanks to them I will be able to relax in my new clean home. read more

Great service, available Qomolangma a very short notice. I would highly recommend Sea Clean

I don't call a cleaner often because I pride myself on my cleaning but when I need a cleaner and I have no time myself they are my go to! Quick and thorough deep cleans... bathroom, kitchen, living room. All those spots I don't like! Reliable company, great customer service willing to work with you on times and dates, quick efficient and friendly cleaners. I will go to these folks again and have already inquired about a monthly service (much to my chagrin!!). Definitely recommend. read more

We've used Jose and his team twice now at our home. We have 2 dogs that shed but the house is spotless when they're done. I especially love the attention to detail they do by cleaning thoroughly underneath furniture, nooks/crannies, polishing floors, etc. Will definitely use Sea Clean again soon! read more

We had anticipated needing workings for 6 hours and they did everything in half the time. The team that came in to help my parents were so efficient and friendly! I was thoroughly impressed with Jose and his team. I scheduled a move out clean and had very limited availability, but Jose was extremely accommodating, scheduling on a Sunday. He was extremely responsive to my initial quote request as well as scheduling, following up with a calendar invitation after we had decided a date/time. The Sea Clean team arrived with all of their supplies and did a thorough job in cleaning the apartment I was vacating. It looked better than when I had moved in! I would definitely recommend Sea Clean and will be contacting them for future cleaning services. read more

Wow! Where do I begin?! I needed a housecleaning company for a Move Out service the very next day when my painter messed up our house and put us off several days. They got every nook and crevice!! I highly recommend Sea Clean Cleaning services!!!! read more

My experience with Sea Clean Cleaning Services has been SO great. Jose, who I reached out to via Yelp, was incredibly quick to respond and was supremely helpful with all of my questions. The two associates assigned to my home showed up a few minutes before their 9 AM time slot which was great, it gave me time to show them around and the extra problem areas. This was a pre-move in appointment and the women were very nice and efficient, cleaning inside of appliances that desperately needed it as well as the rest of the house. The rates are competitive and I am very happy with the job done upon completion. I was also impressed by their speed, four hours to clean a 2,000 sq. foot home that was not cleaned by the previous tenant. Very happy with the work! read more

José and his team did a great job deep cleaning my apartment, quickly and at a great price. I came home and was very pleased with how bright and clean the entire place was, especially the kitchen and bathroom (my trouble areas). Sea Clean was very responsive to coordinating my cleaning, and were able to come a day after I submitted a request. No complaints - they were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely re-hire! read more

I've used Sea Clean for a couple of tough jobs now including post-renovation clean up and home deep cleaning. Their team did an excellent job each time. The deep clean was not an easy job, but the team cleaned spaces I didn't even expect them to. We will now be using them for monthly services to avoid ever needing a deep clean again! The business owners make the scheduling and payment process easy through text and always reply quickly. read more

If I could give 6-7 stars I would. We recently put our house up fro rent, and a previous cleaner couldnt make the appointment, so we were kind of in a precarious situation, as renters moving in on April 1st. I put out a mass request for services, and Jose emailed back, and then called me ASAP. He was upfront, honest, and we made an appointment to see our house the next day. He was on time for meeting, asked a lot of good questions, and started the job the next day. I am writing this review literally 5 minutes after walking in the door, as I dropped off the check for services rendered, and was AMAZED at how good of a job they did! They didnt miss a detail. 1) The kitchen was spotless, fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave look BRAND NEW. 2) the bathrooms were incredible 3) The upstairs bedroom looked world class 4) all the common areas were outstanding When dropping off the check tonight, I met his family, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOSE and SEA CLEANING for anyone who wants to support a great business, an incredible family. I will be using SEA CLEANING for any and all future projects, up to and including asking them to do our current house. Tim OBrien White Center, WA read more

Update #2: Still hostile. The carpet went in today. They couldn't get the pattern to line up but they were nice guys and tried. I said Thanks and sent them on their way. Jose is welcome to post screen shots. I don't remember him offering to put us up in a hotel - we were already in a hotel on vacation. I remember him being accommodating and courteous but after over $3000 of damages he still insisted on me paying over $300 for the low level cleaning. "Accommodating" isn't the word I would use for the Jose of today. Update: Jose would like me to pay him over $300 for the "cleaning" work that went into destroying my carpet. Yep, that's right. He went from helpful to hostile. I had held back on paying the cleaning bill with the hope that he would fix the carpet. And, they did pay me the exact amount that the carpet will cost but gave no consideration for the many hours it has taken to get the insurance company to work with the carpet company on the fix. We will move the furniture on Tuesday so the new carpet can be installed. More hours of my time. It needled me that he wanted pay for such a bad job. I finally offered him half price. $150. Now he claims he is going to sue me for the other $150. Try it. I have been through so much that any court would be happy to award me damages. What an irresponsible business practice. Don't use them. I'll start with the good news: Jose was very responsive to the repair needs. Now, the very bad news: One of the cleaners spilled bleach on a new carpet..in two rooms. I was told when I asked in advance that they used "safe" products but when I returned during the cleaning, the house reeked of bleach. When I went upstairs to open windows, I saw that the carpet was bleached. Neither cleaner told me about it but the one who had walked through the house with me before the work was done admitted that the carpet wasn't damaged before they came there. We called Jose and he got his insurer on it. It has been a hassle dealing with Next Insurance but I now have a check for $3,000 and the original carpet company is replacing the hallway and bedroom carpet. Accidents happen but this was a toxic product that wasn't being used properly. read more

Very poor service. Really disappointed. Please don't trust these people at all. I doubt why you are still open.

I called up Sea Clean Cleaning to get a last minute quote for a move out cleaning. I spoke to Jose and he laid out the details (i.e. cost per hour was $120 at the time of this review). He was able to squeeze me in on a weekend despite my time crunch, thank you for doing that. When Jose and his team arrived, they provided me an estimated time of completion - and completed well enough within that timeframe. Upon inspecting the places - carpets were professionally cleaned, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms looked squeaky clean. The attention to detail, for example every tile on the kitchen countertop was spotless. I was impressed, and would recommend them. I think other reviews show that they were shocked about the price but for my experience Jose gave me a realistic quote. Thank you again Sea Clean Cleaning Services. read more
