Each time I ask about a product, more specifically along wall of plant products, not once have one, two, or three staff on duty been able to answer questions regarding products. I realize this may be asking too much, to have knowledge on a wall of product, but there must be a way for mngmt. to help them learn enough to answer questions(Mngmt please write basic info about groups of product, figure out a system to help customers : ). I had tried something for indoor plants, used this for a month until almost empty, did not work as directed. Went in again to buy another product similar. I took a new bottle off shelf of the one I had been trying, to show two employees and ask questions as to what I might be doing incorrectly. I also brought to counter another similar product to buy. Staff was nice, although knew nothing pertaining to what either product does or how to use it possibly differently than what I was doing. They put both items next to each other and read the ingredients. Maybe I should have brought the empty container/receipt and ask for refund, not sure. Could be a brand issue but I needed help, so I bought similar and hope it works but would have appreciated insight/suggestions on the two product(the used one and the new one). I also realize I can do online searches and figure this out. The End.

I also purchased a beautiful brass watering can, which I still use and love (and it's a pretty decor piece when not in use). I've been back to Ground a couple times since when I'm in the area. On my most recent visit I enjoyed a meander through their beautiful plant nursery - so peaceful - and a peruse through their home/gift boutique. I wasn't looking for it but was delighted to find Dad Grass cbd dog treats for my pup, as we had just finished a bag. If you have anxious pups, I highly recommend these. I was also eyeing the denim dog poo bag holder. Seriously? So cute! If you're in need of plants or home goods, or you just find yourself in Belvedere-Tiburon, check out Ground! Founded in 1948 by visionary ceramicist Edith Heath, the brand is an icon of California modern design. The items here are undeniably expensive, but the timeless design and constantly updating of color palettes make each piece feel special. In 2003, the company was revitalized by husband-and-wife product design and business team, who thoughtfully reinvented the brand. Heath is a great example of how with a good steward, classic design can be successfully revived and made modern. I find Heath to be a good spot for finding special design focused gifts.

I stopped by today, with my mom, to buy my sister some gifts for her wedding. I loved the new colors I saw - they had some yellow bowls and bulb vases that I was seriously tempted to buy, in addition to the other items. What I didn't love was the lack of customer service. I don't expect or want to be waited on hand and foot, but a simple acknowledgement would have been nice, rather than having multiple employees just watching us the entire time. I ended up purchasing from the seconds section and buying less than anticipated due to the overall vibe. I try to be understanding, and perhaps something was off for them today. Regardless, I was so uncomfortable in the store that I waited outside while our items were gift wrapped.
