Before booking, I was required to place a $20 deposit to reserve my spot, and shortly after completing the authorization application, I received my confirmation details via email. I then reached out to Veronica on Instagram to ask a few questions regarding my service. She took the time to thoroughly respond to each question with precision, knowledge, and detail. With this useful information, I decided to upgrade my service to an All-Over Color & Haircut. Later on, I changed my mind and decided I wanted to maintain my natural color and only proceed with a haircut. I also needed to reschedule because my calendar no longer aligned with that date. I contacted Veronica again, and she kindly rescheduled me for a new date: September 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Finally, the day of my appointment, I walked in and waited for only about a minute. Veronica greeted me with a positive attitude and seated me to begin my service. Before starting, she asked to see my reference photo. Once I showed her, she was very transparent with me upfront: she wouldn't be able to perform or guarantee that I would be 100% satisfied with the result because my reference photo did not align with her specialty. Veronica could have simply proceeded with the service and taken the payment, but instead, she honestly explained the situation. She even went out of her way to refer me to someone else who specializes in what I was requesting, and on top of that, she immediately refunded my $20 deposit. Instead of jeopardizing my service for her own benefit, she valued my time, money, and self-confidence by passing up a business opportunity. If you're reading this, I highly encourage you to consider booking your next appointment with Veronica because that level of integrity and honesty will definitely gain her an abundance of business opportunities and loyal customers. Thank you, Veronica! You're a heaven-sent angel.

The second time I went for a hair color appointment and it was just as quality of a service. We talked through color options before she settled me in with the iPad and a coffee. I usually react to hair dye formulas so I've accepted it as part of the experience if I want my hair colored. But I walked out without any staining on my face and no reactions either. It was honestly such a great experience I can't wait to go back and do something else!!

Pro: - The person cutting seems professional and sweet Con: - Absolutely EXPENSIVE. $90 starting price and up depending on the needs. I get that but she charged my daughter $120. For what? Because her hair was long. OK, if we had special needs or she wanted to cut a lot, etc. maybe it's more work. However, we just cut 2 inches all the way and had bangs. That's it. Nothing else. No color. Nothing. In what way does her long hair make a difference? it doesn't. It was a rip off and my daughter said 2 days later after giving it time that it was only Mehhhh.

I got a long layered haircut with some curtain bangs, and cost me $130. I only complain a little because I'm broke lol but otherwise I suppose it was worth it, because it's one of the better haircuts I've gotten in my life. Also, my hair was extremely long (butt length) but Alice handled it well and was also able to finish the haircut in about an hour. Would definitely come back in the future to see either alice or stacey! *note: at the time of my haircut (oct 2024) they were no longer working out of their DTF salon! they're now in brea.

Because of her skill and care, I try to get an appointment with her when I visit OC, even though I live in NorCal. So far, very worth it! I think what makes it the most worth it are the little details in her service. She taught me how to style certain parts of my hair using the blow dryer, which I asked about because I liked the way it looked on a kdrama actress, LOL. Now I do it everyday and love it! She also provides great product recommendations. Lena's salon is petite and cute, but it feels spacious enough since she usually has one customer at a time. Lena has a gentle and sweet approach to hair, making recommendations without feeling like they're being forced on you. I really appreciate that. She has done a great job dying my mom's hair, which seems to be her speciality, but I've also really loved having my hair cut by her. The products she uses smell very good. I took him to a new stylist at Elle after Judy left and she butchered his hair so bad loll so I went on a mission to find her! I don't write reviews often, but hoping to help her build her clientele because she is so good. My DH is crazy picky about his hair and he has a hard time finding someone he likes. After finding Judy and going to her this year, he was so upset when Judy left Elle and the previous salon wouldn't say where, so I went deep diving the internet and found her! She cuts my 2yo boys hair soo well. She is also so sweet and great with babies. So patient and has a quick hand, so she doesn't make mistakes even when they move. Also my toddler remembered from the previous salon that they gave him a lollipop after his haircut was finished, but this one didn't have any so I told him they ran out. But the Judy was so nice and went back, and remembered some lollipops from her bag and gave him some!! he was overjoyed loll It's so hard to find a good place to take baby boys, and I'm so glad I found her again and will be her forever customer. Also, cost is very reasonable for kids and men's cuts and it's worth it for all that's included. For women, it's on the lower end pricing for a Korean salon.
