Phone number on site didn't match the phone number on their quote (but they didn't answer either). But in the end, the team did show up and they were very friendly and efficient. We live in a townhouse, and his care not to hit plants, cars, and wires was appreciated. Delivery measured just over a cord and nearly all the pieces are ready to go, so the ax will be tucked away most of winter. The wood did come with a fair amount of loose bark, but I used it for mulch around the racks. Only downside is the wood is seasoned but not bone dry (we've had a lot of rain), leaving it in the house two days before use dries it up plenty though. I will be ordering from them again.
