Seattle Firewood Co hit the sweet spot. Friendly people, on the phone and at delivery. The driver showed up on time (huge) with a tilt truck. We live in a townhouse, and his care not to hit plants, cars, and wires was appreciated. Delivery measured just over a cord and nearly all the pieces are ready to go, so the ax will be tucked away most of winter. The wood did come with a fair amount of loose bark, but I used it for mulch around the racks. Only downside is the wood is seasoned but not bone dry (we've had a lot of rain), leaving it in the house two days before use dries it up plenty though. I will be ordering from them again.

I signed up for their newsletter and received a coupon for free delivery. We placed our order last night and were given a one hour window for delivery. Our driver arrived right on time. The truck is huge and our driveway somewhat narrow but he carefully backed down the spot we wanted the gravel. Then he pulled forward to put the rest of the gravel near the street (as that area has worn thin despite raking).
