She flailed her arms in the air in attempts to insert herself where not needed. She turned to owner and said she will not be talked to "that way". I asked her to mind her own business and finished with clerk helping me to get a duplicate receipt so I could follow up with FE. Yes, the person helping me and the owner explained problems with FedEx & untimely deliveries were beyond their control and to contact FE. I still expressed my discontent as this is 2 days late for a birthday gift. Customers are allowed to express discontent and I thanked the clerk for his time. There was no name calling, raised voices or threats. I just said I'm unhappy. That's it. I've been there numerous times with no unhappy interactions. Worker X has no business working with the public. She has some sort of MH issue that is not resolved and when an unhappy customer is present, she can't handle it. She stormed out of the postal store after I left to the next door business where they sell spirits. Something's not right with her. I hope she gets the help she needs.

Then I went through the absolute zoo , trying to do a return last week. I looked at their google hours... I was running errands and since google said they were open till 10pm and I was starting my errands at 5pm, I had plenty of time. I headed over just after 6pm and was very confused to see their gate locked up inside and a dark building. I looked at the hours on the door saying they closed at 6pm. So I pulled up the Google hours again which were now different than they were earlier the same day. Though they were now showing them supposedly open until 7pm. It was currently 615pm. I submitted to have the hours corrected, but why am I doing this? Shouldn't the business have their correct hours listed online? I canceled the return while sitting in their parking lot so I could go over to another location and do the return as I had the items sitting next to me in the vehicle.

The US Postal Service line can always be arduous this time of the year, but for a few extra bucks more I was more than happy to have Postal Plus help me out. They offered me some options for shipping, including UPS and FedEx, and in the end found a great price that also worked with the shipping timeline I needed. They had parking which was my first green flag, and when I walked in, there was no line! I was in and out of there within 5 minutes and the price to ship UPS 2-3 days, was actually the same, if not a couple bucks cheaper than priority USPS! So happy I made the decision to come here.
