Not only did they fail to rotate my tires (which I had marked beforehand to verify), but they botched the coolant flush so badly that my car overheated into the Red Zone three days later. They left air in the cooling system, causing my heater to fail and my engine to spike to dangerous temperatures. When I returned for a refund, they tried to deflect blame by claiming my car had a 'leak'--despite the car running perfectly for years until they touched it. Furthermore, they completely ignored the fact that my front brakes are shaking and grinding, choosing to push a 'cloggy coolant' upsell instead of addressing a major safety issue. I was eventually refunded, but only after standing my ground. If you are a woman or a loyal customer, be warned: they are now prioritizing sales quotas over honest work and vehicle safety.
