Not only did they fail to rotate my tires (which I had marked beforehand to verify), but they botched the coolant flush so badly that my car overheated into the Red Zone three days later. They left air in the cooling system, causing my heater to fail and my engine to spike to dangerous temperatures. When I returned for a refund, they tried to deflect blame by claiming my car had a 'leak'--despite the car running perfectly for years until they touched it. Furthermore, they completely ignored the fact that my front brakes are shaking and grinding, choosing to push a 'cloggy coolant' upsell instead of addressing a major safety issue. I was eventually refunded, but only after standing my ground. If you are a woman or a loyal customer, be warned: they are now prioritizing sales quotas over honest work and vehicle safety. Take your car elsewhere."

That's why I do take my stuff to them, but then I get ready to pay and to install the headlight that I purchased and brought to them I was charged $97 and there was a supply fee not real sure what the supply item they needed was. I understand it took them 20minutes to install it but $97 seems to be a bit too much like I said I've always enjoyed Blacks. They have always been good to me, but this one seemed a little steep or shady.

After the 10 months and close to $20,000 I spent between him and parts, I had to have it towed to someone that will actually work on it and knows what they are doing to put it back together. He damaged a brand new fender November 10th and will still tell you he plans to get it fixed. How nice of him to make things right at his convenience. I now have to return to speak with management and potentially involve my insurance. Something that should never result from basic maintenance. But when the manager came back he is the one I left my keys and talk when I dropped the car off. Took less than five minutes to put it back together. Will not go back to the store while that person works there.
