I can not thank you enough for the tow service provided today. Being stranded 8 hours away from home is never the way to start your day...especially if the service could be costly. To make things worse, It took over 2 hours for AAA to find a company to provide us tow service. Thankfully they found Aynor Tire Mart!!! I like the people here, but I just found out I have been driving around for 6 months without an air filter. They told me I needed a new air filter- but not that they were REMOVING my old one. I also noticed my car making a funny noise- which started after it was serviced. I took it back and rode around with a mechanic to point the noise out and STILL they never mentioned they removed my air filter. Good ol Valvoline found the mistake. Valvoline. And all the mechanics I have spoken to about it in the last couple days have told me I am lucky my engine isn't ruined. Very disappointing. read more

I was on my way to take my daughter back to school at Coastal Carolina University and noticed my maintenance light came on and seen that I needed an oil change. I was on my way from Myrtle Beach to Erie, PA when my Chrysler Pacifica water pump went bad. I found Aynor Tire Mart Inc after a Google search and quickly made my way there. We waited in one of the most classy waiting areas I have ever been in while they worked on my car. We were traveling with two other familys who had to wait there with me.What a great bunch of employees they have at Aynor Tire Mart. The owner Maxie Carmicheal was a great help to us and had genuine compassion for our predicament. Although Aynor Tire Mart Inc was unable to repair my water pump that day due to the hour we arrived (the entire timing belt had to be removed to install the new water pump) Maxie took the time to call several garages for me and finally found one that could help me late afternoon on a Saturday. Our entire party was impressed with the professionalism and hospitality they showed us. I would highly recommend this business and just wish we had them up north were we live. I have to say that this is an exceptional business run by honest, ethical people. I have been buying tires from them for almost 10 years. Good price, good service and good tires. Recently my fan blade broke off and knocked a hole in my radiator. I called them and they came and towed my car to their shop. They repaired it quickly and the price was less than I expected. It is a bad feeling when your vehicle is not running and you are stuck. If not for them, I would probably still be in my car......waiting......LOL. I've lived in this area for over 30 years and have dealt with a LOT of auto and tire related companies. I have to say that Aynor Tire Mart gets my highest recommendation. Wish I could've given no stars or a thumbs down...Brought 3 vehicles to get new tires on, 2 of them had the wrong size tires put on, after finding this out I was laughed at with a comment "they are used tires now, you should've checked them before you left". Poorly balanced, and one tire was so horrible I had to use as a spare. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here.....Blacks Tire...Tire Town...and Main Street Shell in Conway do better work...Ive even seen better from Walmart (and they suck)!! read more

Just called and wanted an estimate on a vacuum hose leak, cylinder misfire and a fuel cap error message that has been been on since I had my fuel pump replaced from here a few weeks and some guy named md or mj picked up and and asked the issues and told him and that I would like an estimate. He never acknowledged anything i asked for except for the vacuum leak and asked if I knew where the leak was. I told him I'm not a mechanic and that's why I'm asking for an estimate. If I knew where it was I would just fix it. The fuel cap light came on after they fixed the fuel pump and I would hope they would figure that out. But I doubt I will ever go back there after this rude guy answering the phones. Save your money and go somewhere where they won't make you feel like and idiot. Also took another vehicle there a few months ago to have the alignment done and after taking back twice they never could get it aligned. Still drives off. read more
