Through out the day he texted saying he found a few other things that needed to be fixed never mentioned additional cost- when he showed up at 6:30 with the van he wanted $750 - in cash - no debit or credit card (notice above he says he takes credit cards). He knew he had us over a barrel since they are 4 hours from home, all day they had waited for him to let us know what was happening but he just kept saying they had found something else, never mentioning how much it was going to cost and then he is unwilling to take a card. beware. true to their name xtreme $$$$$ $200 for a 8' piece…read moreof used chain $641 for the road call less than 10m to chain up an axle on top of that. they said they can do a load swap with no problem and did not even have adequate equipment stalling the job and took them most of the day to run the charge up $700 for the first 2 hr $250 every hr after that and turned out total 6 hours to swap a 26 pallet load. was given a quote on the repair and it was astronomical so we pulled our unit home to repair. we will never use them again. now to see what bs they will have on a reply, if they reply at all.
