I recently used 888 Tows to move 20 vehicles from Myrtle Beach to Conway, and they did an excellent job. They were on time. They took great care in moving my vehicles. When the evening came and there was still 6 vehicles remaining, the owner said, "I'll move the last 6 tonight, or we can pick up where we left off tomorrow morning." The two gentlemen I met from this company went far above and beyond what I have come to expect in regards to customer service. The truck operator Patrick was very courteous and professional and has approximately 30 years experience in the business. He knows how to handle an automobile or a piece of equipment with care. And James "the owner" is very personable and is always smiling. It is easy to see that he values his customers and is intent on getting it done right the first time. When a tiny issue developed during our transaction, James was immediately on the phone letting me know he appreciated my business and he would make it right at all cost. And he did. This job was not nearly as easy as the crew had expected with flat tires and frozen or locked brakes, but not one compliant did I hear. The next morning they showed up bright and early as promised, and within a couple of hours the job was complete. I highly recommend 888 Tows for all of your towing needs. Finally, I would have no problem sending these guys to rescue my teenage daughter. It's nice to feel like you have friends in the business. I don't use a tow service very often, but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to call 888 TOWS out of Murrells Inlet again. My tow was much different than their regular tow jobs being I had 20 electric Go Karts at 752 lbs each to move 45 minutes away. 888 Tows knowing that I was out of options on the last day at 630am in the morning, and without notice came to my rescue. Even with a 16 ft trailer I could only move two at a time. I was literally over a barrel, but they didn't take advantage, and I was charged a very reasonable rate that was given up front and did not fluctuate even after they discovered many challenges while loading and unloading. My parents golf cart stopped working today while they were at the beach. We were going to try to get it back with my car following with hazard lights on, but quickly realized that was not the safest option. We were out of any quick options so I just screamed at a random truck passing us on Ocean Blvd lol, but of course didn't expect anyone to help us. About ~10 min later; the truck I yelled at pulls in to see what is wrong. It turns out they're a local couple who have just started 888 TOWs Towing Recovery and Roadside Assistance. Without any hesitation Sarah and Ryan stopped what they were doing and drove to get their tow truck, came back and towed our golf cart home. I broke down on 17 North in Murrells Inlet and had to park my car overnight. I contacted James at 888 Tows early this morning ... this business is amazing! There is no other that even compares! The business where I parked my car, with a note taped to my window, was in the process of having my car impounded. I found James who was there to help me within 20 minutes. Not only was his fee BEYOND REASONABLE but with my permission, he fixed my car and I drove away. These people have wonderful customer service, compassion, knowledge and truly care about people.
