I have a 2015 Nissan Juke that I've had over 10 years and I take great care of it. 3 years ago we moved from the mountains to Myrtle Beach. The heat and salt air caused a bubble to form on the hood of the car. It was filled with water. I popped the bubble to drain the water and the damage got worse. It looked awful. I wish I would have taken a before picture. I thought I was going to have to have the whole car repainted. Nope. I took it in to SC and Daghan said, "no problem." The cost was minimal and less than a week later I picked the car up. His communication is amazing. I didn't have to make any calls to remind him I was waiting. The work done? Flawless. I waited a week to tell her so it wouldn't ruin her Thanksgiving holiday. After getting a recommendation from the local parts store and reading reviews on line I decided to get an estimate from Derrell's for the repair. I'm not sure who I talked to, but he seemed like the owner -maybe Mike? I mean that as a compliment because he was down to earth, just like one of the employees, not an authoritative owner type. He walked out with me to my car and looked at the dent in my hood then went inside and got one of his technicians (coworkers) who buffed the dent to asses the condition of the paint. Fortunately the paint was still good underneath the scuff and we decided it could be fixed by popping the dent out. He called his dent specialist and found out that he was in the Myrtle Beach area (where I live) on Mondays. This he thought would be easier and save a trip to Conway for me. Meanwhile the technician also buffed out some scuffs on my rear bumper. With the business card of his dent repair specialist in hand I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. Also chose this one because they are in business long, and are certified in all different mechanics. Anyways walked in here with my dad, and both the female and male who was the owner, were very nice and answered my dads questions. The reason why we didn't ultimately bring the car here is because of an insurance issue, as progressive didn't list them after we filed our claim and wanted an estimate which involved a vehicle inspection in which we did for the claim. Despite their website saying that they accept most insurances. But doesn't rule them out completely, maybe well use them for non insurance work if needed or for something else!

What is now pissing me off is that about 4 weeks ago I went to the car wash sud stop in NMB and the one panel came off my van. The screws had snapped and whatever glue he used didn't hold. I tried to get sud stop to pay to repair it but they refuse now I have to go back to mycos to figure out how to get this fixed AGAIN. It's also now all scratched up from the car wash when it wasn't scratched at all since it was a new panel. It's not an aftermarket piece. But sudstop is saying it is and refused to even do anything!!!
