Purchased 2 new tires for my Mercedes, back tires and every day since the tires were installed I have flats every time I need the car the tires are flatter than a flitter,went by Sunday April 19th supposed to have fixed and Monday April 20th flatter than a fltter, I'm disabled 70 yo man and it's hard for me to get tires pumped up, it's a long way to travel back and forth , what do you need to do to recitfy this problem. Needed 2 tires quick and it was going to take about 10-14 days to get the correct size in. All they had were used snow tires with the studs removed. I ordered a set from Sears so I could get a National warranty on the tires with a pursuit rating and 60,000 mile warranty. Price for 2 used was $90.00 they keep used tires in the weather. Sun will cause UV damage I measured the tread depth if it was winter time these would be great with cold & studs. They hade to be pushed to torque the studs. Only one guy new what he was doing and he was off that day, picking up his pay & pointed out the guy balancing the tires was doing it wrong. I'd already told them that once but I didn't know anything. They didn't know I was a mechanic for a side job. ASE certified I can change and balance a tire they didn't even lube the bead before they set it. There is an auto repair a few miles south and 1 a mile north I would have either do the work before this place unless it's an emergency or in my case it was 2 weeks to get the correct size. I also didn't care for being told the size didn't matter, when I know better. Suggest that you use these people only if no one else is available. These guys are the same quality of work as read more

I was pleased with this tire store. I stopped by in need of some used-but-roadworthy tires, and that's just what I got. I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable gentleman who listened to what I wanted, then promptly showed me what was available. After settling on a set of appropriate tires, I was quoted a very fair price, after which my new tires were installed then and there, on the spot (no appointment necessary, for me at least). In less than an hour, I had my new tires on (with the old ones being disposed of on premises), was paid up, and back on the road -- as smooth a transaction as could be. As of writing, the new tires are doing great, and I am highly pleased with my overall experience at Wrightzone. If ever in need of tires in the future, I'll probably return. I needed some work done on my car. At highway speeds, the steering wheel would sometimes shake. Wrightzone offered to balance my rims at a reasonable price, but since balancing was included when I purchased new (used) tires, I went for it. They had the tires ready for me to inspect when I arrived. I specifically wanted two of the same, and as promised, they were identical Michelin tires. What surprised me happened next. The old tires were removed and replacements installed and balanced, as you would expect. What surprised me was they tested the new tires for air leaks and torqued the lug nuts when they installed them on the car. This would be unheard of back in New York where shop would just rush you out the door after taking your money. Although their shop is not much to look at, I was very pleased with the service and did not have to pay for fancy decor. I would bring all my cars here for service if I lived closer. The new Michelins are great, and the low speed roar from what I thought were bad wheel bearings was gone. I haven't taken my car on the highway yet, but I'm sure they'll be fine. read more

Needed my tires and rims switched out on my car and stopped in here. They damaged all 4 of my rims and scratched my bumper when they were taking one of the rims from the trunk. When I asked one of the co-owners he stayed that this was normal when balancing tires. Upon speaking with the other owner he stated that they use plastic guards when balancing tires. What I'm wondering is which is the true statement? Would not suggest doing business here. read more
