So many businesses in this area are closed on the weekends. It was hour wait and to be honest, a short wait with how many people they had to service that morning. They got my inspection done and replaced a burnt out turn signal bulb. Very happy with my service. I will definitely use them again.

I never write reviews. Ever. But I'm doing one for TJ's. I signed up to Yelp so I could do this…read more So I broke down on I-95 before Delaware Ave during rush hour. I'm new to the area and I called TJ's because they were close to my house and I figured I would have to walk home. Full disclosure: They're a little brusque over the phone, but believe me, this is trivial. TRIVIAL. First of all, when he came to tow me in, he was quick and the rig was SPOTLESS inside and out. I know it sounds minor but it was clear he cared about his equipment and his customers. He was polite, friendly, and cheerful. We all know how hard that is at 5:00 PM on 95. Second, he called me 1st thing in the AM with his diagnosis and the price. I searched online and his prices were VERY competitive. He hardy charged me anything for the tow as well. I drive an import that's not always easy to find parts for, and he got it all done THAT DAY. When I picked it up after work, he had it waiting and cooled-off for me! He did a full inspection and replaced a minor part and didn't charge me for it (I double-checked because I didn't believe he wouldn't charge me for it, but it really was replaced for free). Breaking down on the highway during rush-hour is a stressful experience, but TJ's Auto Electric made the best out of a bad, bad, bad situation. He made a customer for life. I'd recommend him to anyone. He told me "I take care of my people," well, he certainly does.

I have used Rays Cars of Distinction before, and this family owned business does not disappoint. Well, this time was the same great customer service and repair work as always. They were able to achieve my repairs and even alerted me that I qualified for a BMW recall on my water pump. Would have been very expensive. They did exactly the repair they were required to do, and nothing else I didn't ask for. Best part is when I got the phone call my car was ready, I embraced myself for what I thought it would cost. And the total price was much less than I had ever expected. I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service, the staff, the work they performed, and even their dogs came out to say hello to me. Thank you again, a very happy customer

I received a good price on new tires last year and when I went back yesterday because one of the tires had a slash cut in it ( road hazard ), they installed a new tire at no cost. I find the office young lady to be present and competent. I have had repairs, oil changes, inspections, tires and other things done all without a problem and for what I think is a fair price. By the way, if you go to the NCDOT web site, you will find that the state inspection law requires testing of window tint (aftermarket) for an additional charge of $10. Its the law. Just sayin..... Why only 4 stars ? I don't give 5 stars, because there is usually room for improvement. For example, I didn't like the channel that the tv was set to in the waiting room.
