After waiting around until almost 9:00 am; I was told it would still be another 45 minutes to an hour to even take a look at my deflated tire. I immediately decided I would go elsewhere and I am SO glad I did. I went down the street to L & A and was greeted warmly by the staff inside. Although they were not sure they could work on this particular type of Tesla tire, they spent the time to investigate finding out that they could. Within 20 minutes, they had my car up on rack and located the piece of glass that was causing a slow leak on my tires. I felt so fortunate to have come here. I will only go here from now own and I plan on buying ALL of my tire here at this location. Wish I had known about them sooner!

The problem is that something seems crooked the way they are now running the business. The store does not show any prices on the items on the shelves. Only drinks in the cooler have a posted price. When we asked the staff we were told that management no longer wanted to price the items. When we asked why, we were told they did not know why. When we asked the price of some peanuts the staff per pulled out handwritten notes on notebook paper. Unfortunately it wasn't an item that she had recorded, so she had to scan it. Next, the credit card scanner doesn't display your total amount that you are paying for and a receipt is only available after the items are paid in full. It seemed very shady.

All i needed was 2 tires that I bought from them put on the rim. they scheduled me the first time at 4, in which I showed up and they said everyone was on their break. told me to come back at 5. They also told me the tire I wanted was out of stock. Get back at 5 and all the sudden another employee found plenty of the tires I wanted and they commenced to put them on. Took them until 6:45 (1.5 hrs) with nobody else waiting to install 2 tires. Get home and realize that they put one tire on with the white letters out and one with the black facing out. . I specifically asked the guy to put black lettering out because the front two existing tires had the black out. I also found that they put the used tires in the back of my truck and I specifically asked for them to be recycled. Take it back up there the next day and waited 2 hours, although they said it would be 30 minutes. Checked on them multiple times and they kept "bs'ing" me and said they were working on it. I watched multiple "mechanics" eating snacks and walking back and forth to their vehicles and smoking during this time. Don't waste your time at the shallotte Walmart. Go to best bet auto in shallotte, or coastal tire or Jim's car care on 17. this isn't the first bad experience or the first I have heard about here but it's definitely my last.

The most disorganized auto center I've experienced. I had pre-ordered 4 tires and set an…read moreappointment. When I arrived there were 3 customers and 3 associates. Each transaction was riddled with associate errors. a manager was called for. He was no help. One customer said he had already paid. The manager asked the associate if she charged him before the work was done. She had partially charged him. They had to work out what was paid for and what wasn't.. Another guy had a tire installed on a rim a few days before, it fell off the rim. The associate then asked if she could help me. She said to follow her to the other register. When she arrived there she proceeded to help tow new customers before me. When she finally started helping me she entered the wrong part number so the price came up way higher. They said it would take one hour. I returned after 50 minutes buying groceries (including meat and milk). I see my car lifted with all 4 of my used tires still on. I watched the guy remove all four, dismount, mount, balance and install. This took 40 more minutes. Checking out was more chaos. The lady told me it would be just a few minutes. The guy drops the key just as she leaves to check out 3 new customers that were buying items. This whole ordeal took 2 hours! I failed to see them help anyone with service issues without making errors.
