I have spent several thousand dollars there and never can get them to clearly communicate anything. The rims on my truck were scratched up while mounting the new tires and no one seems to care. Very poor communication and zero feeling they care about thier customers at all! I'll not be spending another dime here and strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

All i needed was 2 tires that I bought from them put on the rim. they scheduled me the first time at 4, in which I showed up and they said everyone was on their break. told me to come back at 5. They also told me the tire I wanted was out of stock. Get back at 5 and all the sudden another employee found plenty of the tires I wanted and they commenced to put them on. Took them until 6:45 (1.5 hrs) with nobody else waiting to install 2 tires. Get home and realize that they put one tire on with the white letters out and one with the black facing out. . I specifically asked the guy to put black lettering out because the front two existing tires had the black out. I also found that they put the used tires in the back of my truck and I specifically asked for them to be recycled. Another guy had a tire installed on a rim a few days before, it fell off the rim. The associate then asked if she could help me. She said to follow her to the other register. When she arrived there she proceeded to help tow new customers before me. When she finally started helping me she entered the wrong part number so the price came up way higher. They said it would take one hour. I returned after 50 minutes buying groceries (including meat and milk). I see my car lifted with all 4 of my used tires still on. I watched the guy remove all four, dismount, mount, balance and install. This took 40 more minutes. Checking out was more chaos. The lady told me it would be just a few minutes. The guy drops the key just as she leaves to check out 3 new customers that were buying items. This whole ordeal took 2 hours!
