Drove up from Murrells Inlet for an NC inspection. Staff was friendly and courteous. Inspection was completed in a timely manner. Definitely use Blacks Tire again read more

I stopped into Black's Tired at exactly 7:30 am and to my surprise there were several people already in the shop waiting for their service to be done. There was one lady at the counter chatting with a service man. Then a second man called me to the other service section. I asked if I could have my vehicle inspected. He said certainly! He took all info and key fob and then I sat down. I figured I would be a while. I started reading a magazine and then at 8:05 am I was called to the desk to complete the transaction! Thirty five minutes with all those people and I was done and out the door! Staff was very polite and service was quick! I might add that this store was very clean! Five out of five stars for me. This was my third visit to this Black's tire store read more

The Blacks Tire Team saved our day (& week & vacation!) Just as we were leaving to head home from vacation we found ourselves with car troubles - we didn't have much hope for a quick fix on a Saturday morning, but their team took amazing quick care of us and got us back on the road within an hour. We couldn't be more thankful !! read more

Last time I was here for an oil change it took one hour and 15 minutes. Thought I'd give them another try today to replace my tires on my vehicle and I've been here for an hour and 40 minutes. I had an 11 o'clock appointment and it's beyond an hour and 40 minutes. I'm done. I need to find another location. read more

I went to Black's Tires for the first time to get my vehicles inspected for NC registration renewal and they were amazing. I just walked in and they got me all inspected within 20 minutes. I actually went back 2 more time that same day and had another car and my motorcycle inspected Very polite and friendly reception every time. Great group of people working there! I completely recommend going there. I also observed how they took care of their costumers with tires and service work. Definitely a very professional and quality crew. Great price on the inspection too! read more

Everything was outstanding Service, Staff wait time all Awesome Definitely be back Also tell All my Friends and Family read more

Horrible experience waited over 2 hours just for oil change. The place is like a mad house other waiting customer complain the same thing. They over charge extremely high. I never paid over a hundred for just oil change ever in my life. I will never recommend this place whatsoever. read more

Excellent customer service identified me as needing assistance right away. Wait time was great. I plan to bring my vehicles back there again. Excellent service as well. read more

They the worst place to ever take your car. I took my 2013 Toyota Camry due to my battery light came on. Took it to them early that morning and they checked the battery and said it was 100 below. Told me they wouldn't worry about it until it starts dying. Mind you the battery light is still on. it didn't sit right. Took it to Best Bet in shallotte and come to fine out the bearing in my alternator was going out. Meanin my alternator was bad and thats why the battery light was still on. If i was to keep driving my vehicle like that I would eventually be on side the road somewhere. so I advise you all not to waste your time and money at Black's Tire. This make the second and last time for me. My first bad experience with Black's Tires was at the one in Little River Sc. read more

Thay really need to work on time management skills. Went in for a tire repair and was told 45 minutes to an hour. After waiting an hour and a half I went up to inquire what was going on. It was then told it would be another 2 to 3 hours before they could even get the car into the bay. Needless to say, I took my key and went elsewhere. read more

Always a phenomenal experience. They typically get me in and out quickly. I seem to have gotten a lot of screws and nails in my tires - especially with all the construction in our area and they always do a stellar job patching. Oil changes and other repairs they do are phenomenal too. read more

A little bit of chaos with getting my tire order filled but in the end everything worked out. They weren't the cheapest on price but the service more than makes up for it. It's a new location and the business has increased dramatically since the last time I was there. The guys at the desk are calm and deal with getting people in and out as fast as possible. read more

Stop in for a state inspection in out in no time staff friendly professional shop nice and clean

Always friendly always good work - not someone who is trying to get one over on you .... Listen and do what you want or can afford. I had pretty much brand new calibers and every place said they wouldn't put pads on them that I needed new calibers. Blacks was willing to do the work, couldn't warranty the brake job but I wasn't looking for that I just wanted to replace the break pads not the calibers. They listen and do what they can and what they say they will do. read more

Was taken promptly without an appointment for an inspection. Everyone very helpful and courteous

Thought 1 hr 15 min was a little long for a tire rotation and oil change when I had an appointment. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience. read more

Needed 4 golf cart tires replaced. While I had to remove the wheels and bring them in the price was amazing! Made a same day appointment and the job was done quickly! read more

I don't know how they have any rating below 5 stars. They are so helpful and very honest. I needed to come for an out of state emissions test and they fit me in the day of with no issues. While sitting in the waiting room I watched so many positive interactions. Specifically, a woman came in frustrated that her oil change wasn't completed yet and the manager insured it would be finished in the next ten minutes. He went out himself and assisted the mechanic working on her car to help speed the process. Talk about caring about customers! I wish I could come here for my regular maintenance but I don't live in NC. 10/10 recommend for an honest and positive mechanic experience. read more

Excellent service on my car and outstanding customer service from the front desk to the mechanical staff.

Quick and easy. Also very close to home. Service people are super friendly. Nice waiting room, though the tv needs cable

I was told when I arrived that it would take approximately an hour to fix my tire. After waiting about 20 minutes, another customer walked in and was taken ahead of me to have their tire repaired. While the quality of the work was good, I was very dissatisfied that a walk-in customer was prioritized ahead of me. read more

Came in with a bad universal joint. BTS changed out another one instead of the bad one. Then said my problem was as in the transfer case and said I would have to take it elsewhere. I have spent thousands in service and tires with BTS over the last few years. I won't spend another dime. read more

I recently purchased a car from a large dealer that had a plug in the sidewall of one tire. Blacks worked with the dealership and I walked out with four brand new tires and felt safe. Thank you Carla! read more

The girl at the desk was so professional and friendly and did everything she could to get us in to have our car fixed. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly and make sure u Are taken care of in a timely manner. The value was great considering another garage in area was way more expensive. And needless to say will never go to that garage again they not only inflated charges but also broke another part in fixing an original part. So rest assure Black's is the place to go. I feel they gave the best price and the work done was very efficient. Than you to thier staff read more

Nobody likes going to have to unexpectedly buy a tire because of a blow out. However, Blacks made this experience so good. A Pirelli tire had to be ordered and would not be in until 10AM. So we left the car over night and at 11:45 AM they texted to say the car was ready. Would absolutely return for work and tires!! read more

I love doing business with this location of Blacks Tire and Auto Service. The folks there are very friendly and helpful! I was there for my annual vehicle inspection and they took me right in. They really appreciate your business, even if it's just something small. It's my go to place for any automotive needs. I highly recommend it. read more

From start to finish, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I had a nail removed from my tire and repaired in a very timely fashion, all at a very reasonable price. read more

I asked them to do a two wheel alignment since I only needed it in the front. I expected to pay about 70$ or less. When I checked out the bill was 125$ and I mentioned that I only needed an alignment in the front. He told me it's the same price as a 4 wheel alignment. Really, so why didn't you do whole job and did the alignment in the rear as well? Very disappointed. read more

Once you get past the courteous greeting, you'll find that the work is done honestly and without drama.

The people at Blacks Tire were very nice and accommodating. I had to drive from South Carolina to their facility in North Carolina just to have our North Carolina inspection. The store was full of customers and they were still able to get to us without an appointment in a very timely manner. read more

Technician came out from rotating tires and mentioned the front pads were at 3mm. I went home and ordered pads at Rock Auto. I then removed pads to find they had 60% of pad left. Wonder how many customers get sucked into this. I'm n a different vehicle, had tires rotated. Technician took me back to show me a small pinhole in front CV boot that was slinging grease on frame. Quoted $750 to replace CV axle. Took vehicle home and applied Permatex to pinhole. It has been fine since. Wonder how many customers get sucked into an expensive repair in lieu of a simple repair. read more

having used their services in the past.. again fantastic service getting my tire repaired on my Tahoe.. I walked in at 730am when they opened and they were very accommodating.. I waited and a job well done.. thanx to all at the counter as well as the repair shop.. I highly recommend them read more

I was quoted a price and that's exactly what I was charged. Additionally I was given a time for service and they were right on time. Good efficient service. Perfect.....Blacks Tire is my new go to service center. read more

Service was very good and detailed. Had an unexpected repair on this visit but they took care of it.

I picked up a staple which caused a very slow leak. They worked me in reasonably quickly and repaired at a reasonable price.

Excellent service, friendly and efficient, everything explained clearly, was able to schedule quickly
