Horrible company! Threatening a lien on my property and theft of service even though they didn't…read morefix my gas leak and I had to call another company! They left me without gas or hot water for 4 days! Thomas couldn't figure out what the problem was even though Atmos labeled all the leaks. He cut a hole in my wall and left! He said I needed "parts" but the warehouse was already closed. I called the office multiple times to get an update, cost of repairs etc and kept being told someone would call me back. I called another company who said that a permit was never pulled for my house and it has to be done when Atmos cuts you off, new company came out had me fixed within a hour because I didn't need "parts",the city inspector came out the same day too. After my repairs were completed by another company I got a quote from Hawkeye for 3 times the amount it actually cost to get fix! Be aware and stay away from this place. Please see my Google review for pics regarding my experience with this company! After my review on Google the owner is harassing me and took down my review and changed the price I owe him! Update he has now increased my amount due for the second time and called Fort Worth to try and press theft charges against me. Truly a horrible company and human. Stay away!

I have found out that so many contractors love to put off their scheduling and try to charge way too much for their services compared to other businesses offering the same services and C & C arrived on time and gave us our quotes when they said and were just truly professional during the whole process and I just wish all businesses and contractors would have the same thrive and work ethic that the guys at C & C has. The ladies who schedule the appts were also amazing as well. They finally got around to completing everything, and during them doing so I realized their machinery had broke a small water line that went out further in my yard. Eventually, I got them to come out and fix what they had broke, and one of their employees attempted to send me an invoice for them coming out to fix what they had broke. Next, come to find that they had also damaged my irrigation system when they were putting in the new septic system. I reached out to Brandon to see what he would like to do about this situation, and received no response. It has been just short of a month now, And I have left multiple voice and text messages for Brandon, but have received no response. I had to pay another company to fix the damage done by B2 Septic. I have also reached out to Brandon in attempts to be Reimbursed for what I was charged for another company to fix the damage B2 Septic caused, and yet again, still have not heard a peep back from him.... This lack of accountability shown by Brandon truly reflects badly on this company, and their unwillingness to communicate with a customer who has complaints about damaged property caused by B2 Septic shows what kind of business they are and the depth of their character.
