My contract said I would take care of all the ground sinking after the back fill. Ok well it was poorly back filled under the air pump. I heard bubbling under the pump at first then the ground collapsed under it. Well guess thats on me. They maintained the system for the two year period as promised. Two months before the end of the contract the alarm failed. I was told by CAS there would be a final inspection. If I wanted them to fix it before then , I would have to pay a service call. At the time of the final inspection the alarm wasn't repaired as well they notified me that the system needed chlorine. I expected at the time of the final inspection the system chlorine would be topped off and the alarm repaired. But they never informed me they wouldnt take care of that and didnt. For this reason I never renewed a service contract with them.

Set up an appointment for Thursday, February 27, 2025 "mid morning" and indicated electrician would call before arrival. No contact Thursday. Electrician arrived unannounced mid morning Friday. Explain problem to the electrician and he some time checking outlets and circuit breaker box. He indicated problem was neutral wiring circuit. I indicated that the problem could be at the tie-in under the house. He said that if I didn't mind, he would come back Monday with his helper who would go under the house to troubleshoot and/or repair the wiring problem. He left, never returned and failed to respond to several voicemail messages. If he didn't want to do the job should have at least the courtesy and the professionalism to tell me.
