We had gone 5 days without water and were on several wait lists with best date of 2 weeks out. Imperial committed to come out within about 24 hours and shown up within 5. We spoke pricing twice before they arrived and again before any work was done. Everything was consistent, upfront, and with integrity. Our plumber, Gary, was there when he said he'd be, very courteous, cleaned up afterwards, and very helpful with explaining what happened and needed to be done. We have a shower that also needs attention, but we are waiting until things get caught up and people like us are closer to right, but when we do call a plumber in a few weeks, it'll be Imperial! Left side was screwed into drywall, and the right side was screwed into a stud. (There's another stud about 14 inches to the right of the board that they could have attached to, but for some reason didn't.) I called NTXPlumbing and told their employee about the issue, and he said it didn't sound like a "repair issue" because the unit was still working, but that someone would get back to me. I waited a few weeks, and then sent a follow up email. I received a response that evening from Mai that said: "Thank you for sending this email. We will review and get back to you as soon as possible. " I'm not sure what they are reviewing, but it's been another week with no contact from them. I'm guessing they are just hoping that if they ignore their customer, that maybe the problem will go away. I'd recommend finding another company who won't ghost you when their's a quality issue with their install. For what it's worth, the Navien tankless unit has been great.
