I called and watched the activity involving my dog online. Tracy answered with the same shitty attitude every time I called, as if she was bothered that I didn't want my dog to die if he wasn't adopted. A day before he was to be euthanized, I get a call from Tracy with the shelter letting me know I can have him back and the $115 adoption fee would be waived. That was really kind! BUT when I picked him up, he had a broken tooth, he was malnourished with dry blood and cuts all over, really skittish and a completely different dog than when I dropped him off. They also didn't have any of his belongings. My dog was at this shelter for 2 months and I PAID to surrender him. I cried looking at the horrible shape my dog was in. I wish I would've known they didn't give a fuck about his well being. I cried for days after I got him back thinking of the horrible experience he had in "jail." It's unfair. I wouldn't take a stray to this shelter honestly, but I am considering sponsoring other pit bulls so this doesn't happen again. It's disgusting.

PetSmart has everything from food, treats, clothes, toys, and cleaning supplies. The Banfield clinic is located in the back of the store. It's a great one stop shop. I personally didn't try the clinic yet. We have a short hair dog so we haven't tried the grooming facilities either. The store is organized, clean, and our beloved fur babies are welcomed into the store. Although it can be a little crazy, it's nice to have pet friendly stores. The employees seem happy to be there and are helpful when we ask questions. PetSmart is located near Party City, Marshalls, Ross, and Party City. Across the lot there's restaurants and pubs. On the other side of the lot there's Lowe's and Staples. You can do all your shopping in one area - very convienent!

I heard insane yelping from inside. I stand up and see my dog yelping so loud, biting the lead, and refusing to let the groomer touch her paws. I have had her 5 years and never seen this behavior ever. I went inside and asked why she was yelling. The other techs were telling her to stop. They tell me she is just nervous with a new groomer, and will have a "more senior groomer" take over. That groomer took over and the rest went fine. I took her out and looked at her nails as soon as I got in the car. The groomer was grinding the TOP of her nails. No wonder why she was yelping, that had to be extremely painful. This was not on accident as she had done this to every nail on the three paws she had worked on. That was 6 hours ago and my dog has been moping around since then. The manager Angelina was very sweet and offered to pay for any vet bills. But this should never have happened in the first place. Stay FAR away from this grooming salon. Take them to someone who actually cares enough about your pet to prevent this from happening in the first place.

We boarded her at Bridget's Pet Resort after hearing so many positive things, and having a couple great daycare days. When my husband picked her up today, she had cuts all over her face and on her paw, to which he was told she has nervous tendencies and they believe she scratched her face on the cage. We received no phone call or email during her stay there. I called up there and spoke with a worker who said "we aren't sure what happened" and that the "owners were hard to get ahold of and I could email them". I'm extremely upset, and worried for my dog. I understand accidents happen, but a call or email would've been nice instead of just giving her back to us like this. I asked for the owners to please give me a call, as I don't feel like an email would cover this. I work long hours and travel often, so I was excited to find a daycare and boarding facility we liked. Update: Shaking as I write this. Just wanted to give an update on my situation at Bridget's Pet Resort. The owner Christine called, and told me to stop harassing her employees, and that I upset someone so bad yesterday they had to leave. I told her my husband picked her up and asked what happened, and I called to ask as well. I called this morning because I hadn't heard from anyone but that is now "harassment". She told me they don't call owners for anxious dogs, and that I should get my dog medicated or in training for anxiety. She took zero accountability for letting me know about the wounds, saying she was alone when they happened and her anxiety isn't their fault. I don't blame anyone for my dogs anxiety, I blame them for not letting me know she was injuring herself. She refused to offer a refund or any compensation for the vet visit last night, and spent the entire 8 minute phone call yelling at me and speaking to me like I was a child and my dog was a huge problem that I needed to fix. The wounds were a few days old per the vet, so this was something that was ignored for days, which aligns with her saying they don't report anxiety or dogs harming themselves. I'm sick to my stomach over this, and can't believe someone like that runs a facility in charge of taking care of animals.
