Over Thanksgiving week, I texted the owner to make appointments for 7 driving lessons that I paid for my daughter. I was told to go to their office between 1pm-3pm on Tuesday. I was not able to make it and asked if I could go on Wednesday. No response at all, so I texted him over a week later. I texted the owner to let him know I need to be able to be able to schedule over the phone or else I need a refund because it is inconvenient and unreasonable to have to drive over just to schedule appointments. I thought our interactions via in person or on the phone were good and pleasant until I received a response that shows what an unhinged, twisted liar he is. He claimed that I made rules that he can't follow and that I made threats. Which was completely ridiculous and untrue outright lies to justify his ugly response. He blocked me immediately after his text so that he would not get my response. Check our texts in the picture and decide whether this is someone you want to do business with.

He gave the students, as well as my son what they needed to know to pass the written test. They had many flexible hours, days during the week, as well as weekends to meet the demands of a challenging parental schedule. With two kids in multiple sports, the scheduling of events can be challenging. He was very accommodating. He allowed you to contact him during office hours via text, as well as stopping by. We were able to schedule practice driving, weeks in advance with availability of his staff as well as our availability, to give my son the best opportunity to pass the test. When we could not make an appointment, there was not a big deal. As long as we let him know in enough time, we would be able to reschedule without a loss of a slot or the financial investment. I needed a local business that was open on Sunday's, and preferably one with competitive pricing ~ or better than! I found Ideal Driving School's parent and student reviews to be very positive and comforting. I gave them and call about 4 o'clock one day, they answered unlike another local school I called where I had to leave a message and then a call center contacted me back, and I had my son signed up for his road test on the date and time I needed) in less than 10 minutes! This was approx. one month before his sixteenth birthday. We were able to stop by the driving school the same day I booked the test to take a photo of the actual mapped out road test he would be taking ~ no problem! Very handy for driving practice. Today he took his road test! We arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with the friendly staff. We were able to pay using Zelle so that we didn't have to pay for additional fees for using a credit card. Next we met with the driving instructor before the road test, and were given an easy to read document to review that advised of exactly what would cause someone to lose points on the test or cause an immediate fail. I called at the 3 week mark and was told it would be another week. Called at the four week mark and was told to call the next day. Call the next day (saturday) and am told they were never provided shipping information, then Elias changed the story to they were provided tracking but it was only notions. We call back wanting to cancel and talk to Gail who lets us know we cannot cancel the order no exceptions per the policy and someone will update us. No one updates us and we call back that afternoon and speak to Gail again. Gail tells us that actually they got the machine we paid for in but they sold it and don't know when they will be able to get more. She then reminds us that they don't do refunds. At this point we send an email stating how unhappy we are and the email is ignored. No one ever responds to it or reaches out. At this point we decide we are not going to chase them anymore and file a chargeback with our CC company. We still hear absolutely nothing for a month, until yesterday when we receive a text that they have the machine in stock. My husband picks it up today and they offered absolutely 0 apology for the lack of communication, selling the machine we originally ordered or the 2 month wait. They will happily take your money, but once they have it they have 0 interest in providing good customer service, and will only get your product in once they recieve notice of the chargeback being filed. I will never buy from them again. I wish I had scrolled through the Google reviews initially before shopping with them to save myself the headache.
