I was told a medical appt is why and sorry for the inconvenience. There are multiple people that work here and no one else could do his road test. This is beyond unprofessional. It takes MONTHS to get a DPS appointment. I can't just reschedule for later in the day. They said that the test person would be available later in the day just not at 9am. Unforgiveable. Mr. Kaisar was my instructor. He was extremely professional and taught me everything about driving and the roads in general, plus boosted my confidence for the test very well. I was able to enroll my son in this course. It had high star reviews from Google in addition to it…read morebeing in the area. Mr. Chester was the gentleman that was in charge. He gave the students, as well as my son what they needed to know to pass the written test. They had many flexible hours, days during the week, as well as weekends to meet the demands of a challenging parental schedule. With two kids in multiple sports, the scheduling of events can be challenging. He was very accommodating. He allowed you to contact him during office hours via text, as well as stopping by. We were able to schedule practice driving, weeks in advance with availability of his staff as well as our availability, to give my son the best opportunity to pass the test. When we could not make an appointment, there was not a big deal. As long as we let him know in enough time, we would be able to reschedule without a loss of a slot or the financial investment. Over Thanksgiving week, I texted the owner to make appointments for 7 driving lessons that I paid for my daughter. I was told to go to their office between 1pm-3pm on Tuesday. I was not able to make it and asked if I could go on Wednesday. No response at all, so I texted him over a week later. I texted the owner to let him know I need to be able to be able to schedule over the phone or else I need a refund because it is inconvenient and unreasonable to have to drive over just to schedule appointments. I thought our interactions via in person or on the phone were good and pleasant until I received a response that shows what an unhinged, twisted liar he is. He claimed that I made rules that he can't follow and that I made threats. Which was completely ridiculous and untrue outright lies to justify his ugly response. He blocked me immediately after his text so that he would not get my response. Check our texts in the picture and decide whether this is someone you want to do business with.

I needed a local business that was open on Sunday's, and preferably one with competitive pricing ~ or better than! I found Ideal Driving School's parent and student reviews to be very positive and comforting. I gave them and call about 4 o'clock one day, they answered unlike another local school I called where I had to leave a message and then a call center contacted me back, and I had my son signed up for his road test on the date and time I needed) in less than 10 minutes! This was approx. one month before his sixteenth birthday. We were able to stop by the driving school the same day I booked the test to take a photo of the actual mapped out road test he would be taking ~ no problem! Very handy for driving practice. Today he took his road test! We arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with the friendly staff. We were able to pay using Zelle so that we didn't have to pay for additional fees for using a credit card. Next we met with the driving instructor before the road test, and were given an easy to read document to review that advised of exactly what would cause someone to lose points on the test or cause an immediate fail. Love the transparency! Practice makes perfect! The instructor was very friendly and my son shared that the road test experience was painless! Thank you Ideal Driving School! I recommend this school for anyone needing the Texas road test!

I literally live in walking distance to the school, and I'm going to drive to Murphy for my daughter to attend another driving school because the lady at the front desk is miserable and has no business interacting with the public. We bought the Teen Package at All Star Driving School - Richardson, the package included In-Car…read morelessons with an instructor, our Teen always felt the instructors were good, & we didn't have an issue scheduling lessons with their online scheduling system, spots did fill up fast, so if you wanted Saturday lessons you have to book quickly each week. The Richardson office is tucked away in the back of the strip mall so dropping off and picking up is really easy since there are always spots right in front of the office.

Once my daughter finished the classroom portion I could not get her drive times scheduled in a timely manner. The girl at the front desk is less than helpful and the communication system for sigh up is horrible. They gladly take your money and advertise the wonderful driving portion but apparently push too many students through the class with not enough slots available for drive time. I have another daughter that will soon be taking driver's ed and I will be looking else where.
