When choosing a company for something as important as your family's safety, it's crucial to pick one that really understands the technology inside and out and how to optimally utilize it to secure your home. During my consultations with various security companies, I kept going back to Suntech because I just felt like Mike was the sharpest out of them all. He fully understood my situation and grasped the entire NVR ecosystem more fluently than all the others, and he has an excellent memory too! On top of that, I feel that Mike truly cares about his clients- he's not in the business only to make money, but rather to make a truly positive impact in his clients' lives. The actual installation went smoothly and it feels so much better knowing that my whole house is now covered both inside and out at every angle with 24/7 continuous surveillance. Having that peace of mind is priceless and I'm so thankful to Mike and the Suntech team for it!

Well it's been several days now, and nobody has called, and obviously no one is going to bother calling. Probably he threw my number in the garbage. The guy i spoke to was also sort of unpleasant. It was his tone. He told me if the bars are going on bedroom windows you need quick release per the codes. I told him they're going in the living room. He said in some cities you even need quick release for the living room. Hey that's my problem. You just sell me what i'm asking for, and let me worry about the codes. If there's a fire in front, you just go out the back door. Sounds like he's trying to talk me out of buying anything. I am done with them. And I only planned to have cameras installed after some work that was scheduled to be done on my new house. I reached out to Eyal of Protection Now via Yelp a few days before the escrow closed on my house. Eyal spent an hour on FaceTime as I showed him around the house to discuss the number and location of cameras needed. The house seemed untouched when it was filled with staging furniture for weeks. Stagers removed the furniture over the past weekend. Upon my visit at the house on Monday, I noticed the patio door of the ground-floor master bedroom was unlocked. I then saw there was water all over the master bathroom floor, the toilet seat was up, the shower door was wide open, residual water inside the bathtub basin, AND there was a lighter on the bathroom counter. Moments later as I was measuring the room, I noticed a partial footprint on the window sill and dirt smear on the side wall of the window. Of course, I called Eyal immediately. He speedily set in motion to get my cameras installed the next day. When Eyal and his team arrived on Tuesday, Eyal made a much-appreciated authoritative suggestion to me to also install an alarm system. They completed the installation of both security cameras and many alarm sensors in one day. Ernesto made sure the apps were set up correctly on my iPhone and patiently gave me a tutorial of the NVR functions. Everything was fully operational by the end of the day. All were done timely and within my budge to feel so much safer. Thank you, Eyal and team of Protection Now!

They recently completed a complex, multi-building installation for our condominium association--designing and setting up a 20-camera security system. The job required numerous long, difficult wire runs through finished interior spaces, and they handled it flawlessly. When we were interviewing vendors, Eyal stood out immediately. Unlike others who tried to sell us standard off-the-shelf templates, Eyal actually listened to our specific needs, working collaboratively and creatively to design a system tailored precisely to our property. Whenever we hit seemingly unsolvable logistical hurdles, his inventiveness and perseverance provided a smart solution every single time. His team--specifically Ernesto and Manuel--were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are exceptionally hard workers who take immense pride in their craft. A quality security system is truly invaluable when you consider the peace of mind it brings, and this is a company you can absolutely trust. The process began with excellent communication from the office before any work was even scheduled; they provided quotes in a timely manner that were easy to understand and fit perfectly within my budget. What impressed me most was that they use only quality equipment, and Israel took the time to review both what I needed and what I didn't need, which was equally important to me. Israel and his team can be counted on to show up right on schedule and complete the work in a timely manner. The installation itself is top-quality, with a lot of care going into strategic placement to ensure total coverage. Before any work started, Israel walked through the property with me and openly listened to my needs before deciding on the final camera placements. Additionally, they are respectful of your home and animals while working. they take care to close gates and doors when coming in and out which was important to me. Once the installation was complete, he tested the entire system, ensured all cameras were adjusted properly, and then personally went over how to use the system.
