When he returned in a couple of days with the parts, he quickly implemented his solution, and thoroughly tested his fix to the extent where I felt very comfortable. This included identifying existing remote gate controllers that were coded incorrectly. And he held true to his verbal cost estimate from the other day. Unfortunately, we were given a deadline and I needed a trusty contractor to work on the job immediately. From the very beginning when I called, Nick answered humbly, and was incredibly friendly with me regarding the job, we immediately agreed on a date to meet for him to come out and give me and my family an estimate on the job itself. The day we met, Nick was incredibly professional, not only did he give me a fair assessment of what work needed to be done, but he did it in an compassionate manner considering the circumstances at the time.
