As someone who isn't great at small talk, I was always at ease around Dan and found myself laughing on a regular basis. The few times I was unable to book with Dan I worked with Lisa. Never thought I'd be raving about physical therapy, but Advance Physical Therapy is 10/10; no notes. Evan and John scraped, e-stimmed, stretched, and rebuilt my shoulder muscles. Now I'm walking around pain-free and strong as ever. Both providers are excellent listeners, very supportive through the challenging moments, and generally fun to be around. I have a variety of contact allergies, including multiple metal allergies, and they were very mindful and considerate. In fact, everyone in the office is kind and genuinely caring, from April at the front desk to all the aides. The office and patient rooms are clean, parking is usually available in the shared lot, and the location is easily accessible. If I ever need PT again, definitely going back to this office. Highly recommend.

She is absolutely amazing. She is very caring, authentic, and very knowledgeable. She has been helping me with some issues with my feet, and I have seen a lot of improvement since I started seeing her. I have a ways to go, but she has drastically helped. I have also seen other staff at Sea Pines who are also amazing and knowledgeable. Carly and the administrative staff are also very helpful and help to provide a good experience. They are caring and very knowledgeable about insurance, billing, appointment management, etc. I have seen Julia at both the clinic location and the West Seattle Health club location. The clinic is a very minimalist space but also modern. I love the vibe and decor of the space. I highly recommend Sea Pines for your physical therapy needs and I can't say anything but good things about Sea Pines!

This lead to frequent times where I finished my exercises and had to wait for the therapist to finish with other patients. I am reasonably confident that each patient being seen is being billed out at the full rate for the hour. Highline PT is part of a 250 clinic operation and they are in turn owned by an investment company, so maximizing revenue per patient is undoubtedly a desired outcome. Sad state of health care in America.

You're just kind of rushed through and they go through the motions with you to ensure all their boxes are ticked so it appears like on paper they did their due diligence for your medical needs. My experience was that I was tossed around from therapist to therapist from one appt to the next. I don't know if I even saw the same therapist more than twice during my 12 week session. Every time I went in the therapists were multitasking and it seemed like there was a lot of patient overlap and they were trying to juggle more than one patient at a time. Not the greatest feeling when you're expecting to receive one-on-one attention and a full hour of service. It was definitely not that. Luckily, my insurance covers most of the expenses. I only end up paying a small portion (my co-pay). But when I look at my statement and how much money they charging the insurance company it seems insane. I hardly think what I received in those session is worth $300 a pop. What a racket!! What happened to physical therapy being at the hospitals? When I used to go to Swedish I had much better experience. But now my doctors only refer to this place. The overall experience is generic and I feel like I'm getting the PT equivalent of visiting a chain restaurant like Starbucks or Panera. Also, at the end of all 12 weeks of PT, my pain only mildly improved. Almost not worth bothering. I could have done more in a YouTube video at home.

He was able to give me exercises that were just the right level to where I was at physically and then to review them periodically and increase the difficulty as needed. Because of Pierre I have gone from being in pain with every step I took to being able to resume all of my normal daily activities. I like the fact that he records each exercise with instructions so that I can refer back to the videos and be sure I am doing them correctly.

But all the PT did was ask me questions, watch me walk, and then suggest exercises. Each later appt was billed differently, despite the same thing being done each time (talk and exercises). I've never been to a PT place like this! (Also, they don't give the stretchy bands for exercises; rather I had to use old ones that are sitting around and def not cleaned.)

After completing eight post-surgery therapy sessions with Kintsugi, I asked at the time whether…read morethere was any balance on my account. I was told there wasn't. Nearly a year and a half later, I received a bill totaling close to $2,000--despite the sessions being basic stretching exercises. I contacted Kintsugi to understand the charges and the delayed billing. I was told the coding was done by the therapist and that the billing came from a third-party company--not Kintsugi. However, the bill had Kintsugi's name and contact number, which makes the attempt to shift responsibility feel dismissive and unprofessional. Not only were the charges excessive for simple stretching, but I also stopped attending because I could perform these exercises independently. What's most disappointing is that the billing was delayed until I was no longer working and on a very tight budget. This timing added unnecessary financial stress. During my call, the person I spoke with said he would inform the owner but couldn't offer any resolution. He later left me a voicemail saying he felt I was mad at him, which struck me as odd--I never made any personal remarks, nor did I direct any frustration toward him as an individual. The experience reflects poorly on Kintsugi's business practices and, ultimately, on the leadership that enables them.

I've had many surgeries and trust them with the care they give me. They are all very knowledgeable about what care I need to have to process me through my recovery. I always feel I get more valuable information when asking questions that I do not get from my doctors. I have never had any problems or concerns with any of them. The front desk personnel are efficient, knowledgeable, nice and friendly . They have a great cancellation policy. If you need to get in or change your appointment they put you on a wait list. It has always worked out for me to get what I needed. I would highly recommend them .
