Tina was available, so I walked on over. Sometimes I get frustrated with hair salons. They start chopping away, then dismiss me. I guess since I'm a guy most hair salons think that I don't care what my hair looks like, just so long as some of it gets cut. Tina took the time to make she knew what I wanted and then made sure that I was happy with it when she was done. I'll definitely be returning the next time I need a haircut.

We had a follow up appointment that she did for free because it looked so bad. This time she used foils and regular lightener. She put it all over my hair and I saw her try to hide that my hair was falling out. Melting off In clumps the texture of a cotton ball. She could not brush it or style it or trim it. She sent me away in a hurry and told me not to mess with it. I got to my car and looked in the mirror and it looked like I was electrocuted. I ran my fingers through it and it was coming off in slime. I took my small hair brush that was in my car and tried to brush a little bit that looked matted. It completely detached from my head. My hair is back to brown now because of how awful it looked. My curls are gone. They are straight as a board. I paid 200$ to get my hair FRIED. OFF. I reached out to her a month later to ask for a refund or a partial because I could not repair it at all. She denied she ruined my hair and stopped replying to me. She should not be working in a hair salon.
