Two large locust trees as well as a Linden tree needed serious trimming. Requested an appointment while I was out of town thinking that it would be several days before hearing back (as with other contractors, in fact one hasn't even bothered responding). Vincent inspected the trees and sent a quote before I was even home. I still had questions and concerns and he came right out in person to discuss the job in detail. Their quote came in so reasonable compared to others, I spent additional time researching them as the price had me worried. The crew came when scheduled, on time! cleaned while they worked and left my yard and the neighbors yard (as they needed access) cleaner than it was before they came. I live in an older house which has needed a lot of maintenance and this is the most stress free project I've had to deal with so far, so refreshing to find professionals who don't try and gauge you on price and do a really good job.

I had reached to another company for tree removal as well as Alpine Tree and Shrub Care. Vincent reached out to me right away and then did a thorough site survey before giving me a quote, rather than try to estimate it over the phone. This was what the job entailed after the site survey and explaining what I wanted. 1) Cut off and remove - 2 cotton woods, 1 catalpa and 1 silver maple in front yard - cut to low stump 2) Remove bushes along S fence line in front yard (leave bush in corner near house) 3) Grind Stump (they went almost double the depth that they quoted me because they wanted to make sure the dead trees would not grow back). They surpassed my expectations. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and studious in their work and clean up. The icing on the cake was that they did this for $1250 less than any of the competition wanted to charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs tree removal.

They fit me in earlier than planned, and came ready to do the job. They worked effectively, efficiently and cleaned up all debris when the job was done. The first time was to clean up a huge Maple tree stuck between a fence, deck, and shed. They were patient and took their time to ensure nothing surrounding the tree was damaged. They are competitively priced compared to what we have seen from other services used throughout our neighborhood. Royal tree is the best value for the money.

Brock from Royal Tree came out and made the process super easy. He was professional, knowledgeable and the quote was far more reasonable than the other company (services included removing a small dead aspen and pruning two large and four small trees). Royal Tree showed up the day of the appointment on time, performed the services promptly, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I would absolutely use these guys again. EDIT: As further validation Royal Tree was the right choice, the other company showed up at my house this morning to 'start services' even though I did not commit to, schedule, or confirm any sort of appointment with them. Had the services not already been done by Royal Tree, I would have come home to this company in the middle of services that I didn't authorize but would be on the hook for.
