This would be a 5-star review immediately after the work was done. They were very responsive via e-mail and phone before the work was done. I had a willow and locust tree removed by this company. I was happy when they were done. 4 months later, I was concerned at how the locust and the willow had begun to grow back. I emailed the company asking if they would be able to come by and look. I didn't hear back for a week and when I emailed again received a "sorry, I didn't get your email. What's going on?" I responded with the issue even though my email included the contents of my previous e-mail explaining the issue I was having. Again, I didn't receive a response for day until I decided to call them. They gave me a few minutes of response that would have been adequate via e-mail two weeks previously. Net net: I spend over $3000+ with this company which is a lot for me. I regret giving them a single penny after being treated like this 4 months after the work was done. All I wanted was to have them come by and look at the stumps that were growing back but they suddenly became unresponsive and when I could reach them they gave me excuses of what was going on and finally offered to come by. They treated me like a jerk after they had my money and I wish I had paid more to an established company. read more

Jordan and his team does wonderful work and at the most reasonable prices. I have used big name tree services, Davy's and Fielding. While they were good, I appreciated the more personalized service Jordan offers. He came out and prepared the estimate and then remained very flexible to dates and splitting the work into 2 separate jobs. We had him come out for 2 ASH TREES and a Walnut tree. He consulted with me during the entire process as to the health and over all beauty of the trees. I was really impressed that his time estimate for pruning each tree was almost exact! He will be coming back in the winter to finish our crab apple trees. His team was very polite and kind and fastidious about clean up. Matt, Jordan, and the Absolute Tree crew did a wonderful job on our trees. This is my first YELP review and found them on YELP. We have a 30 year old Silver Maple in our front yard that was devouring our house as we did not have the budget to trim in the past. We also had 30 year old Willows in our backyard. I cannot express what an amazing job they did cutting them back and trimming the dead wood out. The trees not only look great now, they look healthy and vibrant. They also did a great job cleaning out the neighbors yards and did not leave any dead branches or leaves behind, they even pulled out some weeds that were growing under the tree. They were very passionate about the trees and it showed in their work! I met with other tree services before and even got a quote for $6K to remove the two willows in the back and do some kind of fertilizer growth thing for the Maple in the front. I was charged a very reasonable price by Absolute Tree Care and they were able to salvage the Willows in my backyard as we felt there were some life left in them. DO NOT CALL ANY OTHER TREE SERVICE WITHOUT CALLING ABSOLUTE TREE CARE FIRST!!! read more
