I have been wanting to try this place forever! I finally got the opportunity when one of my college girlfriends came to visit. She said to take her to a place that she couldn't find where she lived. We went about noon on a Saturday. The restaurant is located in a small shopping area. There's ample parking. I expected it to be crowded but we were still able to find parking easily. The restaurant was smaller than I expected but clean and nicely decorated. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived. There are tables inside and a few outside. There is a small reception area where you pick up a menu before getting in line to place your order. We were greeted by very friendly staff who answered our questions. The line was fairly long but it moved quickly. Prior to reaching the ordering area there's a small counter with a variety of desserts. All looked delicious. I wasn't able to snap a picture because my daughter kept photo bombing my pictures. She doesn't understand my need to obtain photos of food. After placing our orders, we were given a table number. I was afraid we wouldn't get an inside table since it was busy but the staff was ready to direct us to an open table right after I paid. We ordered a calamari for the table and I ordered Chicken Fried Chicken for my entree. Both were delicious! The calamari and chicken fried chicken were both crispy and well seasoned. The chicken fried chicken came with peas. I'm not a fan of peas but they did a great job. It was probably the butter that enhanced the taste but I appreciated it. They were very good. We were full after eating but I just had to get one of the desserts to go. I forget the name of the dessert I got but it was a cookie topped brownie with an Oreo middle. I popped it in the microwave for a few seconds later in the day and it was amazing. Overall, great experience at DeVivo. We will definitely be back! read more

Came here a few times with the guys from the office since it's a simple walk away so they've definitely done a great job. Got great customer service as well and are always friendly! I am so happy to no longer have any employees. I called to order a custom cheesecake for a birthday party. I was told I needed to place the order 24 hours in advance. Since it was 5:30 pm and the party was more than 24 hrs away, I placed the order! Wanted to pick it up after 5:30 the next evening. At 1:24 pm today, they sent a text saying the cake needed to cool for 24 hrs, so I could pick it up the next morning... (the day after the birthday party.) I ordered to-go and it was SO fantastic!! Did not disappoint on my hour lunch break- yes I had breakfast for lunch. The pancake was fluffy and flavorful, along with the eggs, bacon, and potatoes. My most favorite was the strawberry basil lemonade!!! I mean you can taste the fresh basil (and it's not too much, the perfect amount), it is AMAZING and I would go back just for that. I usually go for breakfast- it is the perfect place for brunch, and their blueberry pancakes are amazing- but their lunch and dinner options are just as good! I love the pesto pasta so much. Dessert is incredible- they always have homemade cakes on the counter ready for you to take home a slice. Above all, the atmosphere is top tier. It's a lively place, and known for its good food and vibes throughout the local community. There's even live music on the weekends. Staff is incredibly kind and friendly, too. Good, varied menu. Something for everyone. Been here a few times, and our meals have always been yummy. Tonight my husband had the shrimp pasta...so good. The sauce was everything!! I had the spinach & quinoa salad with a cup of the tomato bisque soup. Love their different versions of tomato soups they serve!! The salad had so many different flavors, so surprised. I wish it had more quinoa, since quinoa is in the name of the salad, it only had like a teaspoon of it. Look forward to our next visit. read more

I've been to DeVivo Bros several times, and it's been great every time. I met my daughter here this past week for lunch. I usually order a salad, which is always really good, but this time I spotted a Keto-friendly menu. I was going to stick with a salad, but I changed my mind at the last minute and decided to try the Keto-friendly pizza. The crust was made entirely from cheese, and it was topped with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and I think a pesto sauce. It was really good! Cheesy with lots of flavor! The only problem was about halfway through, it started to turn my stomach just a bit. That didn't stop me from almost finishing it though! I think I'm just not used to eating quite that much cheese! But it was super tasty! My daughter ordered the Stella sandwich. She has ordered it before and loves it. I didn't order them this visit, but I think they have the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. If you go to DeVivo's you HAVE to try them! So good! read more

Really really good. I just moved three days ago to Keller Texas and I've already found my new favorite restaurant. We started with carmelized Brussels sprouts with blue cheese sauce and fried calamari. Truly awesome. We had eggplant Parmesan chicken Parmesan chicken salad sandwich and rigatoni with spicy sausage. All were very well executed. Everything was extremely fresh and hot off the stove. We also tried their Italian cream cake which was unbelievable. Highly recommend them will be back. I visited DeVivo Bros on a Wednesday evening for dinner. I went with my husband and two kids, ages 16 and 12. Hubby ordered the chicken Parmesan, which was fine. It could have been fabulous, but it just lacked a little bit. It barely had any marinara or melted cheese on top, which made it more fried chicken than chicken parm. My son and I both ordered the Pasta Diablo, which was good. I had enough sausage to have some in nearly every bite, my son thought the sauce was a bit watered down, but I thought it was fine. My daughter ordered the kids spaghetti. It was also fine. It did have a very long hair in it, which we decided not to complain about. All dishes had just a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, there wasn't any bottles of more anywhere we could see and we decided not to bother the staff about. We ordered two slices of cake, a chocolate and a strawberry, neither tasted like the flavor it purported to be. They just tasted like a cake mix with food coloring. We mostly decided it wasn't worth the calories. All in all everything we ate was just a little underwhelming. Like it was fine, and if they had tried just a little bit more, it could have been great. The staff was also fine, they did their job enough to not complain about, but weren't friendly, welcoming or open to questions, which is why we felt like anything other than ordering the food was bothering them. They mostly just talked and joked with each other. The highlight of the evening was the live music which was great! It was 90s alternative done in an acoustic coffee shop style. It was excellent and might be the reason I return, with my own Parmesan cheese. read more

Came to this trendy little restaurant for lunch on a weekday. It was busy, but not crowded. The weather was good, and there were people making use of the outdoor seating. The restaurant is clean, painted mostly white with black accents. Immediately greeted upon entering, and asked if we had been here before, and if we had any questions. The way it works here is, you order at the counter, they give you number, and a cup if you request water or a drink. The drinks are self serve from a soda fountain. I opted for a half sandwich (The Stella) & soup, and my friend got the fettuccine Alfredo from the lunch menu. You can see their menu online through yelp link. We seated ourselves inside, because it was windy. There is plenty of seating indoor and outside. The server arrived with our food surprisingly quick. It had only been around 4-5 minutes. My sandwich (The Stella - grilled chicken, Fontina cheese topped with sweet roasted peppers, arugula salad & Sun-dried tomatoes on grilled sourdough). Tomato basil soup on the side. The portion size was perfect for my appetite. It was a tasty healthy option. Overall this experience couldn't have been much better. When in the area, I would gladly come back here again. read more

First time visiting, 1 hour before closing. The place was surprisingly lively! Overall I give it a 4.5/5 star. I have seen complaints about the staff on here that I would like to address. This restaurant is very laid back. Grab the menu, go to the counter, pay, collect your drink cups and table tag, and find yourself an open table. This isn't an unknown concept, as many places do this, it's just not common in the non fast food type environment. The staff were quick to bring us our food, occasionally checked on us but it wasn't like the servers were popping up too much. My spouse and I finished eating and the waitstaff noticed from across the restaurant and came to check on us, collect plates if finished, and returned with boxes. I call them waitstaff cause well it is more appropriate, even if it is not the most correct definition. They aren't the typical servers. And I like this! Very laid back, just enjoy the food, enjoy friends and family time! Now to the food. The bolognese pasta: perfect salt ratio, TRUE thick cut al-dente pasta, very flavorful! The turkey club: personally would call it a BLT STACKED with turkey, toasted bread, aioli like spread, side of sweet potatoes perfectly cut keeping the potato softness but having the nice crunchy. The sweet tea is not just sweet it's SWEET. I did not think a tea could be sweeter than McDonald's but this is. Honestly a good pairing with the bolognese, an odd combination but good. Now the only downside: the restaurant was at a good volume level, and I loved the idea of live music. But it went from a good noise level to me having to read my spouse's lips. Tip to the company, and the musicians, turn down the speakers a little and turn up the vocals. Heard more strumming and was left guessing at the lyrics. read more

Excellent food, overbearing employees I've had this restaurant saved in my bookmarks for about a year now and was just able to try it out due to uncommon circumstances. This restaurant is located on the corner of a shopping center. There is a small indoor area and a large outdoor area. The inside has a casual ambiance, and you are instructed to order at the counter. Side note: I noticed cookies the size of my head at the counter, though I didn't get a chance to try them, maybe next time. After ordering, they gave us a table number and we decided to sit outside. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and my husband ordered linguine. The Cuban sandwich: Full disclaimer that I grew up in Miami Beach, where Cuban sandwiches are so good and the bread is literally brought over from Cuba. I am extremely biased when it comes to Cuban sandwiches done far from home, and I've only ever had sandwiches from two places that I can say are near perfect, and this place is one of them! You read that right-if you're looking for a near-authentic Cuban sandwich, this is the place to go! The only thing missing was the panini pressed bread, but the flavor of the meat and bread were exquisite. The sandwich was so large that I took half of it home, and it was just as oof the next day. The linguine: Husband said this was great. The noodles were great, the chicken was juicy, and the dish wasn't oily. No complaints! I also did get sweet potato fries and a root beer float, both of which were very good. And now for the reason why I knocked this place down one star: the waiters kept checking on us over, and over, and over again. I counted eight times throughout our meal. We had only been eating for about 40 minutes, so that's nearly two every ten minutes. I don't mind if you come over and check on me a few times, especially in the beginning, but please don't overdo it! Overall, we had a great experience, and we will be back! read more
