They kept it at the store for two days without working on it or trying to dry it out or clean it, by which time the logic board had corrosion damage. They also tried to turn it on without first cleaning it, which I am sure made the damage worse- laptops shut off automatically when they sense a spill and turning them back on is the worst thing you can do without cleaning and drying them first. They then charged me a $35 fee to tell me that the laptop "wouldn't start". Well, obviously not. Stay away.

They also never asked me what the issue was that I was having and assumed very incorrectly about prior damage that had occurred more than a year prior. My computers worked perfectly after those spills because I was able to do a cleaning of them all those months ago. Their forced cleaning of my computers didn't resolve my issue at all because my actual issue was electrical issues we had been having in our home, and if they had asked me what problem I was having with them in the first place they would have known this and could have earned their money legitimately instead of scamming me for it. I ended up having to pay them $150 just to get my computers back with the same exact problem. The issue wasn't with them at all but was with the monitors. If they had spoken with me we could have figured this out before this unneeded cleaning service was forced upon me to pay for. I signed up for a free diagnostic and then he called to tell me I owe $69.99 per computer. What a scam! The front desk gentleman is very nice, but the actual repairman is a scammer.
