So happy this place opened up in LO! Great service, good location and friendly staff. I brought my iPhone 6 in last week after the speaker randomly blew out. I've never had to have anything fixed on a phone before but I was very impressed with their speed, honesty and knowledge. Right away I was taken back to a consulting area where Ryan sat down with me and went over the possibilities of what it could be and my different options. I took my phone in with a broken LCD screen, cracked back, and totally bent. I seriously thought there was no hope in getting my phone fixed, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in and saw my phone. It was like brand new. It only took a day, and even though he didn't have my color screen in stock he would be willing to replace it again later if I didn't like having a white front on my phone. It works just the same, everything was still on there. Was even willing to reduce the price due to it not being done on time. These guys do a great job. Have needed my glass replaced on iPhone 6 two times and it was hassle free and fast. Both times I have been able to drop my phone off within the hour and have it back in under an hour. One thing I really like about the Device Doctors is its convenient location. I can drop off my phone on the way to work, and pick it up on the way home. The store is out in the open, so it is easy for customers to locate. Another thing I really like is that it is super easy to make an appointment. When you walk into the store, you are immediately welcomed by Ryan or Ian. No need to wait; they both are available to help at all times, and fix your device on the spot. Both Ryan and Ian are very friendly people and put 110% into everything they fix. Lastly, I like how they both tell their clients exactly what is wrong with their device and give them options on how they can fix it. For me, I have probably dropped and cracked the screen of my iPhone, three or so times over the past year. I am very impressed by how gorgeous the screen looks every time I get a new one put on. He told me to come in any time before they close and it should take about 20 minutes. I got there around 3:15 and was out the door by 3:38. Impressive!
