So happy this place opened up in LO! Great service, good location and friendly staff. I brought my iPhone 6 in last week after the speaker randomly blew out. I've never had to have anything fixed on a phone before but I was very impressed with their speed, honesty and knowledge. Right away I was taken back to a consulting area where Ryan sat down with me and went over the possibilities of what it could be and my different options. He was able to fix the problem in just 30 minutes while I waited in the waiting room and watched a movie. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! Easy parking, in and out service, and my phone works great now! read more

Device Doctors is awesome - Ryan is super knowledgeable and was quick with his diagnosis of my phone issue, and they were very honest and straightforward on timeline and pricing. The work was top notch - I had destroyed my iPhone screen and they replaced it and it looked brand new when I got it back. They've also fixed devices for several friends of mine now and everyone reports great service and quick, honest repairs. Highly recommend them and I'll be back (but hopefully not too soon!) read more

Made an online appointment and showed up early, but the owner was able to service my phone right away. Replaced the screen in about 15 minutes for $50 less than the Apple Store, all while I waited in the comfortable lobby. Great value, friendly service, and none of the headaches of the 'Genius Bar'. Highly recommended. read more

These guys do a great job. Have needed my glass replaced on iPhone 6 two times and it was hassle free and fast. Both times I have been able to drop my phone off within the hour and have it back in under an hour. Sucks when you bust your phone, but these guys get it done and over with so I can forget about how clumsy I am. Highly recommended. read more

Ryan was very responsive, honest, and helpful. I spent far less than what Apple would charge to fix my iPhone 6 Plus and he it did while I waited. read more

I took my phone in with a broken LCD screen, cracked back, and totally bent. I seriously thought there was no hope in getting my phone fixed, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in and saw my phone. It was like brand new. It only took a day, and even though he didn't have my color screen in stock he would be willing to replace it again later if I didn't like having a white front on my phone. It works just the same, everything was still on there. Was even willing to reduce the price due to it not being done on time. I will definitely be referring everyone to Device Doctors to get their phones fixed! read more

Took in my boyfriend's phone to be fixed. They cleaned it and put a new battery in in less than 10 minutes and it works great!

Device Doctors is the real deal. I mean that in every way. Super helpful, friendly and quick. No nonsense. The name says it all. I shattered my iPhone screen. I couldn't find anywhere else to take it that didn't grossly overcharge and could fix immediately. Not to mention, the website is SUPER user friendly and the prices are listed right there! No hidden fees, just good to honest business. I'll be back and I'll be sending my friends. read more

One thing I really like about the Device Doctors is its convenient location. I can drop off my phone on the way to work, and pick it up on the way home. The store is out in the open, so it is easy for customers to locate. Another thing I really like is that it is super easy to make an appointment. When you walk into the store, you are immediately welcomed by Ryan or Ian. No need to wait; they both are available to help at all times, and fix your device on the spot. Both Ryan and Ian are very friendly people and put 110% into everything they fix. Lastly, I like how they both tell their clients exactly what is wrong with their device and give them options on how they can fix it. For me, I have probably dropped and cracked the screen of my iPhone, three or so times over the past year. I am very impressed by how gorgeous the screen looks every time I get a new one put on. It honestly looks BRAND NEW! I definitely recommend everyone going to the Device Doctors because you will get your money's worth and the best service ever. Thank you again, you guys rock! read more

This place is amazing. Paul was the best iPhone doctor! I wouldn't go anywhere else. He worked magic in my phone in minutes. Thank you!

I've worked with Ryan on a couple of different issues. He is professional, courteous and works hard to resolve problems. I can't recommend him enough! read more

Ryan has been repairing devices and providing advice and training for customers for several years. He built his customer base from the ground up, beginning his business on personable service, guaranteed professional work, and even pickup/delivery and on-site repair of devices. He has worked hard to open his own storefront in Lake Oswego, which he shares with Ian, who specializes in computer repair. Ryan has gone above and beyond most device repair shops by investing in his own training as a Certified Level 3 Technician; buying specialized equipment such as a "clean room," an autoclave, and digital microscope; and providing a comfortable customer experience, including a waiting area and Wi-Fi for customers. How do I know all of this about the Device Doctors? Ryan has repaired at least 8 DEVICES for my family, including tablet screen replacements for an Apple iPad and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, screen replacements and batteries for Apple iPhones (4, 4s, and 5s), and a monitor for a Lenovo laptop. He has also inspected two smartphones that I purchased on EBay, including a Samsung waterproof phone and an iPhone 4s. In addition, Ryan refurbishes smartphones - my kids are using an iPhone 4s and iPhone 5s that were purchased from Ryan. If you want your device repaired by a Certified Technician, go to the Device Doctors in Lake Oswego. I recommend their professional services without hesitation. read more

This guy is awesome! The screen on my 6+ shattered. He quoted the lowest price around, was down to earth, knowledgeable, had a nice place, nice dog, fixed it up quick and better than new, and will have my business going forward. Thank you! read more

I had a great experience with Ryan at Device Doctors. I called him earlier in the day about my iphone 7 plus screen being slightly shattered. He told me to come in any time before they close and it should take about 20 minutes. I got there around 3:15 and was out the door by 3:38. Impressive! The best part is knowing Device Doctors uses the original apple authorized products, rather than fake parts like a lot of their competitors. Thank you for generating quality work! read more

This place is phenomenal. I went to Verizon and the Apple Store and none of them could help me and charged far too much for service "broken screen and GPS issues" I decided to check out some local shops and chose Device Doctor for the great prices. Not only did the prices beat any other stores in the area but the service was amazing and the man that helped me really knew his stuff. I will definitely be making this my go to store. read more

Device Doctors saved my phone (and my day). I shattered my iPhone screen on a day when I needed my phone most. I stopped in to this beautiful shop and Ryan fixed it the same day for a fraction of the price I was quoted by another store in Portland. I will definitely go back to Device Doctors! read more

Ian was incredible in helping fix my computer. These guys are amazing and fast! Won't take our devices anywhere else.

I needed to get an older PC laptop cleaned up to run AutoCAD and Photoshop and also replace a shattered IPhone 6 screen.
