After seeing several general surgeons, I was referred to Dr. Wali by family, friends, and my general physician. I needed a large lipoma on my back removed. It was large enough that the general surgeons wanted to insert a drain which freaked me out entirely. It has now been six months and I could not be happier. No drain, only two weeks off of work for healing (which was longer because I'm a teacher and this is my writing arm), and a beautiful minimal scar. I went from thinking I would have to walk around with a drain on my back for months to having a short 90 minute surgery and a great healing time. To top it off, my scar is beautiful. After alot of research and about 5 consultations I came across Dr. Wali. There are not enough good things I can say about him. For starters he has excellent bed side manners and is interested in answering every one of your questions. Most doctors just want you in and out...I literally had a doctor spend 2 minutes on me after waiting and hour. I waited for him about 10 min and my consult was 20 minutes I was impressed by his knowledge as soon as he spoke. He was very thorough and detailed. As for my surgery...its been a month and already I have seen the most amazing results. He is truly and artist!!! Most of all my belly button (which was a major concern for me) is flawless, it looks very natural. My family and husband can't give me enough compliments. My incision is very thin and looks better every week. I can say this...he's a little pricey but you defintely get what you pay for and if I had to choose again there's no doubt I would choose him. Went to Dr. Wali after reading so many excellent reviews and seeing the before and after pictures on www.plasticsurgerysocal.com. I had a clear mole on my face near my nose that seemed to be growing and changing shape. Dr. Wali made me feel comfortable when he removed the mole which actually turned out to be basal cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer. I'm happy to report that after following the instructions from the many follow-up appointments (at no charge) over the last six months that the area looks almost like nothing was ever there. I am very pleased with the results of Dr. Wali's surgery, as well as his bedside manner. I have had 3/4 inch plugs since I was 16 and am now 23, which are, of course, now closed. They are now normally shaped with subtle scarring that will continue to lessen as they heal. I plan to get my ears re-pierced after they have healed completely. I am perfectly happy with the results which are, more specifically, that both earlobes are very normally and naturally shaped, but are slightly different from each other; the difference between the two is only upon closer inspection and will probably not be noticeable (no one really pays attention to others' subtle ear differences). I do not hold this to Dr. Wali's doing whatsoever as when I originally got my ears pierced when I was 7 the piercer put them in different places, and thus my ears stretched for the plugs slightly differently. I am not in the least bit unsatisfied. If I ever chose to do any other kind of plastic surgery I would most look up Dr. Wali again. read more

He has awesome bed side manner, detail oriented to his work, listened to what I wanted out of my breast augmentation, spends adequate amount of time with you and all around great at what he does. I had a child and after breast feeding I didn't like how my boobs looked. So I consulted for a breast augmentation. Dr. Wali asked what I wanted out of the surgery and that was to achieve a more full look and NOT look like I have ridiculous fake boobs. After going over my measurements and understanding my body frame he recommended a 600 CC. I thought it was ENORMOUS in the beginning and was very hesitant with the size. After all, I went ahead with Dr. Wali's suggestion and do not regret it AT ALL! They look as natural as they can look for having fake boobs and I'm VERY happy with the outcome!!
