When I finally asked the front desk what was going on, they told me to wait another 5-10 minutes even though they close at 5 PM. I said I wanted to cancel, and the staff member didn't even apologize for the delay or the wasted time. I wasted an entire hour between driving there, sitting in their waiting room, and driving back home. Totally unprofessional and disorganized. If this is how they manage appointments and treat first-time clients, I would never trust them with a laser.

At that time I weighed about 100 lbs and desperately needed some boobies. He made me feel 100% comfortable, which was my main concern and he also would not let me go super huge so I looked ridiculous, which I loved about him. So I immediately set up my surgery date. My surgery went great and my new boobs looked even better! I would get so many compliments I handed out his card like candy on Halloween. Fast forward 10 years and there I was again, back on the table for a consultation. I had gained some weight so my perfectly good C's back then were now lookin like A's. (& we can't have that! haha) So we talked about going a bit bigger and I also asked him about maybe getting a little liposuction in my tummy area since I had gained a little too much weight. We spoke about size options but then he said something that I will forever love him for... He told me to stand up, pinched my tummy in the areas I wanted a little help on and said "You don't need lipo, just do some sit-ups." I'm sure there are plenty of Dr's out there that would have loved to take my money. But not him. He is the real deal! Now here I am almost 20 years later since my first appointment writing this in hopes that this helps someone, anyone make the best decision like I did. Please if you have any doubts, DON'T! Dr. Ascha is so amazing. He & his team will not let you down! I can only hope that when I need to go back (to go smaller this time, haha I know I'm crazy) he and his team will be there to guide me and make me feel like I am #1 like they did every other time.

Dr. Machida is highly skilled, meticulous, and takes the time to answer questions and make sure his patients feel comfortable and informed. What impressed me most was not only the quality of his work, but also the level of support and follow-up I received. Knowing that my surgeon and his team truly cared about my recovery gave me tremendous peace of mind. His staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is warm, professional, and compassionate. I especially want to recognize Bertha at the front desk. She is simply lovely. Every time I visited, she greeted me with kindness and always sent me off with a cheerful "Safe travels." Those little personal touches mean so much and make you feel like family rather than just another patient. Cosmetic surgery is a big decision, and I am grateful that I chose Dr. Machida and his team. Fast forward to 2026, being a mommy of 8 I finally have some time to focus on myself and work on my mommy makeover. I researched different locations out of curiosity and they weren't clear on the phone they treated me as if I was just another caller. When I recalled Shine does enhancement surgery I quickly gave them a call. I had booked the consult online and Dr. Lin was happy to see I have returned. His thorough explanations and professional advices really helped me to decide what was best for my body. The procedure was completed a month after and I cannot be happier!!! I had gained more weight than I did with my first two pregnancies, and even though I've always been slender, this time my body felt different in a way that was hard for me to accept. I had loose skin on my lower stomach, and after breastfeeding three children, I also felt uncomfortable with the changes in my breasts. Even after a year of consistent exercise and healthy habits, I still didn't feel fully confident or comfortable in my new stage of life. That's when I decided to meet with Dr. Lin -- and I am truly so grateful I did. From the very first consultation, Dr. Lin stood out. He is incredibly honest, patient, and thorough. He takes the time to explain every detail so you are completely informed about your options. He never pressures you or pushes you in any particular direction; instead, he gives his professional opinion, shares what he believes will help you achieve your goals, and then supports whatever decision you feel is right. Throughout the entire process, he helped ease my nerves. I was afraid of making changes to my body and not liking the results, but his guidance, transparency, and reassurance made all the difference. Today, I feel so happy and confident. I feel beautiful again. I feel like myself -- but in a stronger, more empowered stage of life. I no longer feel ashamed of my loose skin, and I'm proud of how I look in my clothes. The results are exactly what I hoped for, and even more natural and flattering than I imagined. I also want to thank his wonderful staff. They were so kind, supportive, and professional throughout the entire journey. If you are considering a procedure and want a surgeon who truly listens, cares, and delivers exceptional results, I cannot recommend Dr. Lin enough. He gave me back my confidence, and I am so deeply grateful.
